I was highly satisfied. 9/30/2010

I was actually at work while A1 Capet Care cleaned, but my roommate was home. He said they were really fast, nice, and efficient. When I got home everything looked fantastic. It is a 3 bedroom house, so they cleaned the 3 bedrooms, the dining room, the hallway, the sofa and a love-seat. I was highly satisfied. more

Great service, great people to work with. 9/30/2010

Our church's social hall carpet gets a lot of abuse, so we've seen a fair amount of A-1. I've appreciated that we've been able to work with the same technician each time. He knows the job well and has flexibility to modify things according to our needs. We've used A-1 for years, and have no reason to shop around. Good job, guys (and gals, I guess)! more

My carpets look great 9/23/2010

The carpet cleaners were on time and very professional. They gave me some tips on spot cleaning in between cleanings. I would definitely recommend A-1 Carpet Care to all my friends and neighbors. more

Be careful with this business! 7/12/2010

I wish I would have seen these other reviews before calling this company. They left my carpet so wet that it mildewed,When I called them to send some one out to fix the problem, they sent out 2 threatening looking guys that told me there was nothing they could do because my carpet was old and cheap and covered with cat urine.I called them to clean my 2 year old carpet because we had been remodeling and my house had gotten very dusty. My carpet was $45 a yard stainmaster with anantimicrobial backing, I also had good padding and I've never owned a cat.It was obvious that these guys never intended to re-clean my carpet. especially when they cussed me out while running to their car. Cons: bad work and even worse customer service! more

WARNING 7/8/2010

WARNING! They will ruin your carpet! This A1 location has the worst customer service I have ever received! They send people to your home that look like they're on drugs, or just got out of prison. They ""cleaned"" my carpet and it was so sopping wet for 3 days that now it smells like mildew and they refuse to do anything about it. The ""manager"" has been caught in many lies since I started going back and forth with him about this. VERY DISHONEST, VERY BAD BUSINESS! Since this happened I have talked with numerous people who have had very bad experiences with this location. Cons: Poor quality work, Dishonest, Rude, Bad Business more
