I wish I would have seen these other reviews before calling this company. They left my carpet so wet that it mildewed,When I called them to send some one out to fix the problem, they sent out 2 threatening looking guys that told me there was nothing they could do because my carpet was old and cheap and covered with cat urine.I called them to clean my 2 year old carpet because we had been remodeling and my house had gotten very dusty. My carpet was $45 a yard stainmaster with anantimicrobial backing, I also had good padding and I've never owned a cat.It was obvious that these guys never intended to re-clean my carpet. especially when they cussed me out while running to their car.
Cons: bad work and even worse customer service!
