I am a big review reader I feel as a community we should be able to help and advise others. I have seen nothing but wonderful things about A-1 appliance and repair. I called their office on Thursday told them my schedule is a bit crazy, the gentleman on the phone was nothing but caring and understanding, I was offered for a tech to come out on Saturday there was no extra charge. Jim (tech) came to my house checked my ac. He was very clean, professional and honest. I need to get something replaced on my unit the office ordered the part right away. I was told as soon as the part is in their hands, they will be sending someone out to fix it. I would/will recommend A-1 appliance and repair to everyone. more

Great service 10/5/2013

I was really pleased with the courtesy A-1 showed my elderly neighbor when we had her dryer fixed. Not only was the repair done properly & on time, but Jim really put in extra effort to make sure that my neighbor understood the process each step of the way AND took the time do the same for me, as her advocate. Pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recomend! more

We had a problem with one of our heating units and I was sure it needed a new fan motor, and was prepared to pay for that. When they examined the unit, they found that it was just a loose wire. Most companies would have replaced the fan motor anyway (and made a lot more money on that visit), but Conditioned Air tries to save me money whenever they can.We had a problem with one of our heating units and I was sure it needed a new fan motor, and was prepared to pay for that. I have worked with most of the folks from Conditioned Air for over 10 years, and with a few of them for over 15 years now. In my over 25 years in the construction and facilities fields, they are some of the most competent and knowledgeable HVAC people with whom I have dealt. If I call them with a problem they are usually here within the hour. What more can you ask for? more

I have been in the Property Management field for many years, and I constantly struggle to find that vendor that will provide quality service at the best cost. That combination can often become difficult to find, but not with Conditioned Air Solutions. In the three years we have been associated, the service excellence remains constant, the field technicians are efficient and courteous to our tenants, and the price remains right. My heating unit went out on a weekend and I was extremely cold and out of sorts. I called them, they sent technicians to address the problem. The service was done promptly, efficiently, and correctly. They did more for me than I expected or asked. They were considerate and thoughtful. Everything they did was explained fully and I was shown the parts that needed replacement and told why. I must say there is no one who would have given the service they did when I needed it the most. I can say that they deserve the highest recommendation which I would give them without hesitation. more

In this day and age where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I find the courtesy, professionalism and follow-through of the Jon Wayne staff to be refreshing. Everyone I have ever spoken to is polite, helpful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. The service techs always wear the 'booties' inside to protect carpets and flooring. The reports are detailed, and the follow-up from Jon Wayne to ensure customer satisfaction is appreciated. I have already recommended Jon Wayne at least once and would do so again if friends or associates have a need for these types of services. more

Your technicnian was very courtious and professional and he diagosed the problem almost immediatly. He also explained the options that were available to me if financing was needed. He composed himself proffessionally the whole time. I will propably be contacting your company soon in regard to working a service contract in the near future.......JOE COSTA more

I would like to start off with this company the salesman and system evaluator. Made his appointment on time and put on footies to enter my house I was shocked. He assisted me in finding the best system for my money. The installers were the same professional courteous from beginning to end. I felt safe and secure the whole time they were there. Jon Wayne heating and A/c deserves all the credit for the way they train and hire the best of the best. I am truly happy and overwhelmed with this great system. FIVE STARS IS NOT enough! they deserve ten!! more
