I am a big review reader I feel as a community we should be able to help and advise others. I have seen nothing but wonderful things about A-1 appliance and repair. I called their office on Thursday told them my schedule is a bit crazy, the gentleman on the phone was nothing but caring and understanding, I was offered for a tech to come out on Saturday there was no extra charge. Jim (tech) came to my house checked my ac. He was very clean, professional and honest. I need to get something replaced on my unit the office ordered the part right away. I was told as soon as the part is in their hands, they will be sending someone out to fix it. I would/will recommend A-1 appliance and repair to everyone.
