Full of info, very helpful with tips not a car salesman. The technician was ontime and smiling the entire time. Another thing I liked is he let me watch and ask questions as he went along. Highly recommended! more

Excellent Heating and A/C Systems cleaning and inspection. 11/3/2011

Peter Oti-Nkrumah responded to a request for a seasonal heating systems cleaning and checkup. From a friendly greeting and identification to a friendly and courteous good-by he was excellent. In addition to a thorough servicing and cleaning of both units he informed me of the Good Bad and Ugly of my heating and A/C units. He informed me and SHOWED me potential problems with the sytem. He also offered preventative solutions to any potential problem. Finally, he review work completed, explained charges, and gave me a chance to ask questions on anything he had done. Excellent technician with outstanding skills and a professional demeanor. I will request him again by name for future services. more

3rd times a Charm 10/26/2011

I had several ac companies come to my house during June and July to give me a price for a new ac but could not get anyone to be honest with me about what exactly was wrong. Well the last company to call was A#1 Air in Carrollton and I am glad I did. They sent Dewayne Humphries out to go over things with me and give me a price, Dewayne was very friendly and honest and worked to get me the right price and financing. Thanks A#1 and thanks Dewayne for a job well done. more

$89 Heating system check was well worth my time, there was a safety issue that was easily fixed that I had no idea about. Thanks to the inspection I can sleep better at night knowing there is no issues. Great job! will be recommending! more

I have to say that A1 without a doubt is the best AC Company in the Metroplex. I called for a quote in August and A1 sent Dewayne out to evaluate my airconditioner and told me that I should replace my system with an Amana Distinctions and he gave me a very good price and Dewayne had it installed a couple of days later and I am very satisfied with the end result. Thanks A1 and to your great salesman Dewayne. more

Satisfied 10/13/2011

I called A1 in July for a service call and at the recommendation of the service tech scheduled to have a salesman come out to give me a price to replace bot of my very old ac's! Dewayne was sent out to look over my systems and give me a price. Well I am a researcher and I do my homework before I purchase anything and I have to say that Dewayne was very easy to work with and gave me a GREAT PRICE! Thanks more

Straight forward 10/10/2011

The technician came out on friday and pointed out exactly what was wrong with my heater, appearently I'm not the only one with igniter problems. Unexpected expenses are not fun at any time so it's nice jsut to get it done with. A #1 was out at my house for about 2 hrs checking everything and fixed my unit ready to go. more

Just wanted to let your company know how blown away I am that there are still companies out there that strive to obtain such great customer service. I had Dewayne come out in July to give us a bid for a new ac and we purchased a new inside system from him. Dewayne followed up several times after the sale and we just received a thank you card from him and he gave us your review link to post a review for him and I have to say that I am very honored to do so. We had our AC serviced and repaired finally after two 2 bids Les Mc came out simplified clarifed and had us up and running in about 3 hrs really great guy knowledgable polite and very understanding we changed service from Samm's to A#1 best thing we ever did what a rip off. Les signed us up for the platinum club membership. I recommend this to anybody that plans on living in there home more than 2 years we feel so much better knowing we are in good hands. Great job guys keep up the good work................. more

Fine salesman 9/27/2011

My husband and I decided to purchase new air conditioners for our home during the summer, after getting 3 bids we went with A#1 because of the fine salesman they sent out by the name of Dewayne. I was really impressed with his attitude and his price. more
