i would not go back to see dr. keller if you paid me. i cannot speak for the other doctors associated with this practice - but dr. keller had the worst bedside manner i have ever experienced. 1. wait time: i waited 1 hour and 15 minutes - and i believe my morning appointment was one of their first for the day. 2. bedside manner - when dr. keller entered the exam room, she neither knocked on the door nor introduced herself. she was very cold. she did not ask me one question about myself. i managed to ask her only ONE question about exercise, weight loss, and birth control pills - her curt reply was ""well maybe you are just eating too much."" no questions about my eating habits, exercise habits, or general lifestyle. she handed me the gown/cloth, left the room, and i began to get undressed. again, she entered the exam room without knocking - i was still not even undressed. i was basically standing there half clothed - she said, ""allright, let's get this moving, let's get this overwith."" granted, she was about to see me without clothes on, but it was the principle - someone walking by in the hallway EASILY could have seen me.\r

while she was examining me - with her hands inside me - she continued to ask me NO questions about myself. instead, she talked about what part of the country she was from. i was mortified, a bit in shock at her attitude, and truthfully just wanted to get the exam overwith at that point.\r

i left the office shaking and in tears. i am new to the area, and had no one to ask for gynecologist recommendations. i certainly had several health related questions i wanted to ask, as my cross-country move had introduced a great deal of stress and sleepless nights into my life. dr. keller was obviously too busy for me to even ASK her those questions.\r

i made my decision to go to this practice based on several hours of internet research - based on their website, the appearance of the office, and another website that was full of positive reviews i decided on a woman's place. also, i felt a level of comfort trusting my body and my health to another woman. dr. keller entered the exam room at 10:15. i was in my car, driving home at 10:30 exactly. 15 minutes for my only healthcare exam of the year? really?\r

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. this was absolutely the worst healthcare experience of my life - it has truly shaken me. \r

good luck finding a doctor that provides better care than dr. keller. in my opinion, that shouldn't be too hard. she's terrible.
Pros: clean office, friendly at front desk
Cons: bedside manner, time spent with me, wait time
