I spent over $800 in this shop and the few times I went in the owner acted as if it was a TOTAL imposition to help me. I was never greeted, had to wait for her to get off the tele (on clearly what was a personal call), had to listen to her "sighs" as I asked to try on different wigs and was never thanked for my patronage. Women that go in to the store in need of a wig are most always in an emotional state due to hair loss, thinnning, chemo treatements, etc, but then to be treated so rudely is utterly unacceptable.She talks badly about customers OUT LOUD after they leave (especially if they come in to try wigs on but leave without buying anything--which they are entitled to do!!!) and one time answered the tele in front of a couple of customers and said to the caller, "Yeah...got a bunch of THOSE customers in today". This woman should NOT be in the business of customer service...especially a retail shoppe that caters to people coping with disease states.\r
