I started using this company when I first moved to Las Vegas and they are still going strong. The best part of this company is how easy the process from booking the job to the execution of the actual service, everything always goes smooth. I am in my comfort zone with this company, and every time I get their service my house is cleaner, I feel better in my home, and it is all at a very inexpensive cost I spent $150 for my home. more

Professional Service: This company was professional on the phone, as well as in the home. They explained what they were going to do and executed all there steps the way I would expect of any company I call to my home. This company was a great find especially for the price they charged, which I thought was way fair, and worth more than they are getting. I own my own company and know value. The end result is a don't see dust in my home, it feels cleaner, smells better ( I have dogs & cats so anything helps), and I recommend them to anyone looking for an air duct cleaning that gives service, professionalism value. more

called these guys out a while ago when it became clear my air ducts were filthy. It took some googling before I realized there were even specific air duct cleaning companies! \r \r I found these guys on a google search. I called them up and was pleased when they were able to send someone out very the next day. The guy they sent was really quick but also very thorough. I lived alone at the time and felt very comfortable with him in my home, he was very professional and just went about his job. \r \r I couldn't believe the difference having the ducts cleaned made, I swear I was breathing easier right away! The price was very reasonable also. more

You won't believe how quick and efficient this company is. I called at 8 PM they answered the phone and had a truck to my house the next day, that was amazing, but the job they did was more amazing. \r They were one of the best teams I've seen. They takes off all the air registers (grill vents), then cleaned. room by room, . then they sanitize and put the registers back on. You can begin to smell the air freshness by the time they finish the job. You can see so much less dust in the home right away, best money I ever spent. Now, I can breathe & sleep better. more

I was lucky enough to call Vegas Valley Air Duct from seeing there ad. Just by talking with them I got a sense that they are “square shooter” and a company that would do a good job. \r \r My luck continued when they told me they could come out the very next day. They arrived on time and went out of there way to keep my home clean. They explained the process and what was going to accomplish. It really helps when you hire a perfectionist like Vegas Valley Air Duct – they took there time and was very meticulous. \r \r They did a complete system cleaning including the furnace and air handler. After discovered a tear in one of my flex ducts and another flex duct had partially come off the furnace which allowed dust and drywall dust to spew into the master bedroom, They repaired both ducts and did a complete cleaning of the furnace – if you're not going to clean the furnace and air handlers you might as well not even clean the ducts. The amount of dust he cleaned out of my furnace was amazing! They also cleaned out my dryer vent which was very dirty and discovered and removed a sock that someone had stuck in the vent – sound like a true fire hazard to me! They also fogs the ducts with a decontaminating product that kills any mold, and seals in any remaining dust particles so they don't become airborne. During the entire process they took there time to make sure the job got done right – that's the perfectionist side of this company. They also explained everything so I know a lot about my furnace and air ducts, which as a new homeowner, I really appreciate. \r \r The prices I thought was very fair for the full system cleaning. If you are going to pay anybody to clean your ducts, don't waste your money on the guys who advertise so cheep you wonder how they can do the job call these guys.\r more

I have been using this company since I moved to Las Vegas 20 years ago. They never disappoint I know most of the technicians from doing business throughout the years they are all great people and professional. They were a great find then and I'm still happy using them today, check them out I am still charged the same price from 20 years ago I don't think they ever raised there prices.These guys are very professional for an air duct cleaning company. For starters they were on time, I'm not use to that from other services I used throughout the years in Las Vegas, as well as I paid exactly what was quoted to me on the phone. After they left I found a couple of surprises: the first is I'm not dusting as much as I use to that is wonderful in itself and secondly I'm sleeping so much better. This was a treasure of a service and recommend this company to everyone. I will look forward to seeing them again. more

What a Great experience. My whole family has been suffering with asthma, we are all on some type of prescription, however after we had the air ducts cleaned all of us went off medication. I never would have thought common dust could cause such symptoms, however my doctor did recommend that we clean the air ducts..The Best money I ever spent, I am saving it 100 times over on not buying pills for me and my family. more

I called this company, they seemed the most knowledgable of all the others I spoke with. They explained what would be done along with a price, this was hard getting just this information from other companies. When they arrived nothing was left to surprise, what they said on the phone was accomplished and I found the air quality was better, no dust to breath. I felt better and would recommend this company, as well as use them again. more

HORRIBLE!!!! This company is a scam!!!! They came to my house and they did more damage than cleaning. I called a different company to check...all they did was blow up all the dust and lint and now the entire system is clogged! When I called for a refund, Shannie (office manager) said that it was in the hands of their corporate office...mind you, they do not have a corporate office! It is a private company!!!! She gave me a number, 1-888-768-9297, which does not even work! I called them back after, she will no longer answer my calls! ALSO, be wary of FERNANDO (technician)! He will ask for more $$$ and tell you that you have leaks in your ducts! Even if you do not have one... THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! more

Had service done by this company. Young skinny gentlemen hispanic did the service. When he started the work he 1st went into my walkin closet. I advised him that I would watch him because I never had this kind of work done before. He open the vent and a large cotton installation fell on the side of his ladder. I wasnt sure if it came out of my vent. He explain I had a leak in my hose and fiberglass was coming out of my vents!! He would do the job for $200 under the table. He goes into the attic with 4 tie strips. About 5 mins later I went up the ladder to check on him and he was texting in the attic and when he noticed I was watching he started spaying alot of enzyme spray into my system. He then used 2 of the tie straps for the leak, but did not see him go to the hose where he claimed the leak was coming from!! After he did the work I payed the $150 that I owed for the service. I told him that I just read a review on this company about the same incident he wanted to charge me for about the leaks . I told him he was scamming me and that I did not have the money to pay him. SORRY MOTOWN1 THAT YOU HAD TO PAY BUT I AM VERY HAPPY THAT YOU POSTED THIS BECAUSE I COULD HAVE BEEN A SCAM VICTIM AS WELL. CAREFUL PEOPLE DONT GET SCAMMED BY THIS. more

made an appointment for air duct cleaning with the subject company. About half way through the process, the tech went up into the crawl space in my bedroom closet and came to me with a small piece of insulation, stating there were leaks in my ventilation system, causing the insulation to spread throughout the system. I stated he should call it in to his office for an estimate. He stated that if he did that, it would cost me about $450., and he would do it for $200. I stated that I would need written proof of his work indicated on the invoice. He stated he would provide that. Upon completion of work,he stated he could not place the work he did on the invoice as he promised, and wanted to be paid off line by other means (cash, or check), unrelated to the invoice. I paid him $200. in cash. I am not even certain he did anything, because the alleged work was done up in the crawl space out of my line of sight. When I emailed the company office reporting this, they never responded. more

They came out to clean my dryer vent.When they left is was not working any longer they sais they would come back and fix it never heard from them.they are a rip off stay away bad news.looks like we will be going to SC court what a pain in the A--. more

I have dogs and cats in my house. When the workers came, they were friendly towards my animals and professional.When they left the air was much fresher and there was a lot less dust in the air. I would use this company again. I would recommend them to others. more

I have used other companies in the past, and thier price was always different than one quoted to me. Vegas Valley Air Duct price quoted was the price paid They didnt ask me to count airducts They were able to get to me quickly(same day service). They did a much better job than i expected for the price more

I couldn't even give them a star! (I have to on this site!) Their contractor sucks! They tried to make max money from me and lied to me that I have a furnace! I just purchased this unit and wasn't sure if there's a furnace! They pretended to go on the roof and clean something I cannot see. Then I found out there's no furnace and the company doesn't want to do anything about it. They always said they will call back but of course they never did. They are really dishonest! DO NOT do business with them! more

The guy showed up and wanted to just vacuum the ducts using a hose with a small sponge thing on the end. I was told on the phone that they used brushes (as shown on their web site). The guy got annoyed when I asked him to use the brush and tried to talk me out of it because it would cause more dust. I was told on the phone there would be no dust. Cons: poor work more

They were on time & did not charge more than stated on telephone. They actually did a much better job than expected. I would recommend this company if you are interested in air duct cleaning. When I found out they clean clothes dryer exhaust ducts I had that service done as well and happy I did. Now my clothes dry faster & I don't have to worry about my house burning down from a clogged duct. Pros: on time, price quoted priced paid & not a penny more, clean & professional. more
