I have used A to Z Auto Center for 15 years for everything from routine oil changes to complete engine replacements. Their work is thorough, they are honest with their recommendations and I have never been disappointed in their service. As I don't know much more than how to start my car, I have complete faith that A to Z's mechanics will find or prevent any problem I would have for my car. more

I would rate this place higher but no one is better than God. My family has relied on Larry and A to Z service crew for tires, inspections, alignments and a variety engine and transmission maintenance issues and repairs for over 12 years. I travel and trust them to take care of my wife's car and her girlfriends cars too. They are reliable, can find you a tow truck if needed and they will provide a car ride home to, if needed. You get straight honest answers. It is a place that we recommend to our neighbors and friends. more

I am so happy I finally found a reliable shop I can take my car to! A to Z Auto Center has a reliable and knowledgeable staff! I ask a lot of questions, and they were willing to answer all of them with a kind and patient attidude. After they had finished working on my car they wanted to let me know about a minor issue that was not really in need of fixing immediately. They weren't trying to push me into spending more money, they just wanted to tell me about it. It's really refreshing to have someone explain the problem and how they fixed it instead of just trying to charge me and push me out the door. I'm definatley going to recommend A to Z to all of my friends because they are affordable and worth going to. more

I do not recommend A to Z Auto Center for U-Haul. The U-haul representatives personality is as ugly as her outside appearance. She has a huge chip on her shoulder and will not work with you at all. They promised me a price of 350.10 for my U-haul rental and they said all I needed to do was print out a competitors price and they would match it. On the day I was moving they reneged on their agreement because they said Budget didn't have any trucks available (of course they don't if you check the very same day). Of course the print out I brought in was from 2 days ago when Budget had that very same truck available. They stuck me with the extra charge and now I didn't have time to get another company. Also, they didn't call the previous day to confirm my appointment so I had to drive an extra 25 minutes to a location that actually had a truck available. DO NOT USE A TO Z AUTO CENTER!!!!!! YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!!! more

My family is all about supporting small businesses... which is probably why we stuck with A to Z well past the point of no return. They did consistently shotty work. One example: I needed a new radiator, so they replaced it (great), but they did absolutely nothing to secure it in place. As I drove around town, it felt as if something was bouncing around under the hood. Sure enough, it was the radiator. We took my car back, and they said that they didn't have the proper bolts (or whatever was needed) to secure it. They said that they would go ahead and properly secure it for us, free of charge (how generous). After they secured it, we checked under the hood before leaving, and saw that they secured it with plastic zip ties (the kind that hold little gadgets to their brand new packaging). It was outrageous. I'll never go back, because this definitely was not the only time that A to Z auto has done an outright poor job, and I don't want anyone else looking for a mechanic to get taken advantage of! Please, find somewhere else, save yourself the time, money, and stress. more

These guys just ROCK. They've been working on my son's used car as needed and it's old school ""can-do"" service that I've not seen anywhere in quite a while. They don't stick you for a bunch of stuff you don't really need and they have even been known to fix a little minor something without throwing on an extra charge. The professionalism and friendly attitude is head and shoulders above most dealerships and places like Dobbs. Hooray for good old neighborhood businesses that give the chains a run for their money! more

I would definitely go back to A to Z. They diagnosed the problem with our van and fixed it in a couple of days and didn't overcharge. They are one of the more reliable shops in town. PROS: Honest, good to do business with CONS: nothing more

A to Z Auto Center offers just what they promote, everything from A to Z. Conveniently located off Watson, its appearance makes it hard to miss and the quality of work will keep you coming back. From oil changes and tire rotations to complete automobile repair, A to Z has it covered and will do a significant job on every task. I have had many experiences with A to Z with car check ups. Their customer service was great with speedy service and a nice facility. I like how they are quick in service, but the parking is somewhat limited. This auto service center is the best I've ever taken my cars to. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and truely go out of there way to be helpful. Plus they're HONEST. really!
