I took my dog there for the first time last week and was thrilled. All the employees were very nice and my dog has never looked better. I will never go anywhere else again.

Worst

I brought my sui tau there and not only did she have razor burn from the clippers they Superglued a cracked dew claw causing major infection

Based on other reviews I chose a tender touch for my havanese while we were here for the winter. They actually did a better job than my groomer back home. We received many complements on his coat. They really listened to what I wanted. When I picked him up he was happily hanging out with other dogs not waiting in a crate. When we return next winter I will be very confident in using them again. more

Love Love Love this place !!! But MOST Important, my Bowsers LOVES this place. They do such a nice job of making my Pup look his BEST. I've been to two other Groomer Businesses in Dunedin and have never received the personalized care that we get here. Thumbs down to the others. Tender Touch Grooming is a SUPER clean environment, and GREAT Owner and Staff !!! I can never THANK them enough for keeping my Bowsers looking his BEST. My Bowsers will always be getting his ""Groom"" on at A Tender Touch Dog Grooming because they are the BEST !!! more

Just picked up my two precious Yorkies that I have been taking to Kathy for years. They look great and had a wonderful time playing with the other dogs. They ALWAYS take special care when handling my babies. more

Disapointing 1/11/2011

They kept my dog for 6 hours and she was burned from the clipper. The biz is also in Dunedin not clearwater as advertised more
