A team Moving and Storage did an outstanding job for us. They picked us up on time and delivered the goods when they said they would. The driver Jose and his crew were neat and courteous and handled our goods with the utmost care. The packing was superb and as a result nothing was damaged. After reading all the horror stories, I will say I was very apprehensive when choosing a mover for all our household goods and antiques which included a delicate compound curve glass display cabinet. We were impressed with the attention given us and met several of the staff including the transportation coordinator. Everyone assured us we would have a successful move and we did. more

The moving truck arrived on time despite inclement weather. The staff was professional and careful with our items and moved everything we owned quickly in and out of the truck. A Team Moving and Storage seems to be a company that really cares about your stuff as much as you do. I just can more

My husband and I have just completed our 2nd move with A Team Moving and storage. Each time we have been extremely pleased. We have never needed to make an insurance claim, as our things have been packed and shipped with care and utmost professionalism. We hope that there will be no more moves, but if we need to move again, A Team Moving and storage is the ONLY mover that we would consider using. more

Our seventh move was a charm. Previous moves were paid for by the company my husband worked for, so all the packing, moving, and unpacking was paid for. We packed our own small items and moved them into the house by the carload. We had two weeks to do this before the A Team Moving and Storage more

I was thoroughly pleased with A Team Moving company throughout the entire process!! The origin contacting agent was extremely helpful and accurately judged my moving needs with an in-home visit. He was also very friendly and made calls to check on the progress of the move. The driver was also very helpful, friendly, and extremely respective of my items. He and his partner wrapped everything with care, arrangements were made for delivery on my time. They were very accommodating on my time schedule with my new place, with no additional charges or hassles. On delivery day, NO ITEM WAS DAMAGED AT ALL! It was the same driver and a different assistant. Again, very courteous, friendly, and respective of my items and place. Their pricing for a binding estimate was actually less than other companies' offers: yet, I got so much more - in-home packing for special items, binding weight estimate (no matter how much I went over that original value), and service. They are the only moving company I would ever use again and would recommend them highly to my friends, family, and strangers. In fact, I already have recommended them to other moving families. more

When my husband accepted his new job, we didn't realize just how fast they wanted him to start work. We had two weeks to prepare for the movers to come. They pulled in the next morning with a huge empty truck. Which was for us only. No one else's things would be on that truck. There were two guys on the packing team. They were very nice and also courteous. They showed my children the truck and let them go inside to see how their things were going to get to their new home. Once they started to pack, they seemed to be on a roll. The rooms emptied really fast. They labeled the boxes and moved on to the next room. Within two days, everything was ready to go on the truck. Anything that they were unsure of, they asked. we had a problem with our well expansion tank so we had to use bottled water for the toilet, and they never even complained. They worked hard, and were a very good team. Not very many breaks were taken. Loading the truck was tough. We filled it right up and they had to spend several extra hours moving things around so that it would fit. at the delivery there was a third guy and they worked very well together. Everything made it into the right place, with only one small nick in a wall. Also, everything was packed very well. No problems there. All in all, I would have to say that it was a job well done. more

I moved OR just over a week ago, and had a Team moving and Storage do the move for me. They were one of 4 movers I contacted and from them had the friendliest service. For one thing, they did not give me an IN HOME estimate, they did it over the phone (which many people say is a warning sign that you should not use such movers) However, as my moving date was rather tight, I had to just accept it and hope for the best. They gave me a window for them to deliver my belongings, and true to their word, they called the day before to let me know the time they would be arriving. The morning that they came, the move went smoothly, taking just about an hour----the guys were very friendly and the end price was exactly the amount they quoted me in the estimate (non-binding), no hidden or extra charges even though they packed my mattress and box spring into boxes for me upon pickup. Some of the boxes where a little dented here and there, but that is expected in a move, so overall I was very happy with the service I received from A Team. I had a great moving experience with A-Team Moving and Storage. Our items were in their storage units for about a month per our request. We were very picky in choosing a mover because we have all our office equipments to take care of. When we called them to schedule the delivery they offered us our preference in delivery dates. We were happy to hear that since we finally rented an office space and all our office equipment was in the shipment. Our items were delivered unharmed I am glad to say nothing was missing. Needless to say this company was a great and refreshing surprise for us. They were prompt and professional. This is a company I would recommend to my customers. more

I recently had the good fortune to land a job, but had to relocate from Texas to Oklahoma - by myself. Instead of renting a truck and bothering friends and family for help, I shopped different local companies, hoping I would find a company that would not charge as much as my movers did from New Mexico to Texas. Most companies I called quoted $1,200 to $2,000. Dyanna at A Team quoted, based on hours on the job, not weight. They do not include their drive time, just loading and delivery. They estimated my cost and told me they would be there for me, on a Sunday, Father's Day no less! It was amazing, Ken and Kenneth were there, at my TX location, FIVE minutes before me! They were so hard-working, reassuring and pleasant, that I insisted they stop for lunch, but they arrived only five minutes after I did in OK. Oh, and the day before, Mary resolved my payment concern, by meeting me at the Plano offfice, on a Saturday. A Team, you should change your name to A+Team! First they dupe you with a lowball offer. Then they conviently forget to pick up an expensive mountain bike, only to return later to pick it up and do not list it on their inventory list and SURPRISE! It's lost in the move. Of course by now, they hold your stuff hostage and don't bother to tell you it isn't traveling in concert with you to your new destination. Once you do reach your destination they say your stuff will arrive in a week. After a week and no stuff, you call and they say your stuff hasn't left yet, it will be there in a week. Another week goes by and the same story. Finally your stuff arrives after much bother and bitching to Mary in their office in Plano. Only to discover that it took the movers only 2 days to deliver from Colorado to Seattle. It took 7 weeks for these items to arrive at their destination. Why the hold up? My guess, blatant incompetence coupled with brash thievery. These people are the most dishonest, disgusting, useless business I have encountered in my life. Want to be overcharged, worried about your belongings at every step and waste plenty of time on your phone? Have at it. Warning they are NOT BBB accredited and in fact had their license revoked 2 weeks before we used their services. I am surprised they are still in business. more

I have moved from New York to Dallas, Dallas to Houston, Houston back to Dallas, and now from Dallas to Paris, Texas, and so this wasn't my first time to the rodeo. I've never had an experience like I had with A-Team Moving & Storage. It ranks as the worst move ever. The move was scheduled a month in advance. On three occasions I confirmed the date and the time. The day of the move, we were informed that our 9am slot was bumped to 2pm. At 2pm, I was informed it wouldn't be until 5pm. At 4:30 pm, the crew head called me again to tell me it would be closer to 7pm. At 7:30pm, he called me again to see if I still wanted to be moved. When I said, Yes, his dispatcher called me and offered to reduce our quote and arrive himself first thing the next morning. I agreed to this hesitantly. At 8 am the next morning, a crew arrived. He was not on the crew. The crew was slow, inexperienced, reckless, and the new crew head seemed inconvenienced by our move. Loading our things from a garage and an 8x10 storage unit took three hours, and that only because my father and I helped. It took only two hours to move everything up a three-floor walk-up, but again, I helped, and I got into a phone fight with the dispatcher and the crew head who'd done nothing so far but stand idly by. On two occasions, while I stood on the truck moving boxes to the door, the crew head made phone calls - once to his father in Israel, and once to someone else. Two tables were scratched, glassware was broken, and again, I moved as many items as they did. And when it was all over, they refused to honor the discount I'd been assured for the inconvenience of waiting a day for movers who never showed up. Then on top of all of that, they overcharged me, counting travel time twice. It's taken me two days to explain this to them and I still don't know if I'll receive the refund check in the mail.
