A T Smith Property Management

I have made effort's to rent a property from AT Smith and Co over the past few weeks. It wasn't much of a apartment but it had the right location for me. From the beginning I noticed that it took forever to get anyone on the phone or have them return a phone call. I have since reconsidered renting from them simply because they are unprofessional and irresponsible. It's very unfortunate because I viewed a few of their properties and I could tell they were once nice places to live. They since have fallen into disrepair by a uncaring management company. What is worse is the owners of these properties are losing money due to vacant properties that are not being rented out. I'm confident that once the owners found out about the irresponsible behavior by AT Smith, they would quickly find another management service to handle their property. Don't rent from them, don't even bother calling them. You can go back years and see that the same problems that plagued this company years ago still plagues it today. People who are incapable of doing their job's, don't care about doing their job's, don't care about their customers or tenants and don't care about the property they manage. more

Just started leasing with AT Smith. They never answer their phone's or return phone calls in a timely manner. The receptionist at their main office is totally clueless and the one thing she says the most is "There's nothing I can do" and "I don't know". I haven't been with them long but my experience up to this point has been very negative. Look's like I will be moving again soon if this type of behavior keep's up. more

This company has been awful to work with, yet they have amazing reviews... Check out the reputation trend, something fishy there. This has literally been one of the most terrible companies I have ever dealt with. They never return calls and they don't fix things when broken. It has been 2 months and they still haven't payed me back my damage deposit. more

I would like to thank A.T. Smith & Co. and my contact for this property, Connie who has been nothing but professional, supportive, understanding and wonderful throughout my five years of being her tenant. Five years ago I relocated back to Denver as a single mother with three children relocating from Trinidad, CO and Connie made my transition less stressful by being who she is. My three children are all now grown and moving on to college or to start their own lives, so I too must move on. I leave this property that we called home for five years with nothing bu great fullness and memories. I would recommend A.T. Smith & Co. to anyone who is in need of a great place to call home.
