Excellent job, Very successful 1/11/2011

This letter is written as a recommendation of the work Nikki Cole has done for A.T. Smith and Company managing our rental properties in Denver. A.T. Smith and Company has been renting our properties very satisfactorily for the past five years. Nikki hyas been our property manager for the past four years and has done an excellent job keeping the properties rented to well-qualified renter. We have built two duplexes during this time and she has been very successful in renting them in addition to keeping our other properties rented even during the present slow economic conditions. In closing, I am very pleased with Nikki's management of our properties. more

Nothing but professional 11/18/2010

I would like to thank A.T. Smith & Co. and my contact for this property, Connie Gilley who has been nothing but professional, supportive, understanding and wonderful throughout my five years of being her tenant. Five years ago I relocated back to Denver as a single mother with three children relocating from Trinidad, CO and Connie made my transition less stressful by being who she is. My three children are all now grown and moving on to college or to start their own lives, so I too must move on. I leave this property that we called home for five years with nothing bu great fullness and memories. I would recommend A.T. Smith & Co. to anyone who is in need of a great place to call home.
