Awsome Kitchen 10/29/2010

I don't normally do reviews (I don't like to type). But every once in a while someone does such a wonderful job you just have to spout off about it in any way that you can. We just replaced our entire kitchen, including a wall removal, new cabinets, new floor, new appliances, and granite counter tops. Simply Stone handled all of it. They handled every aspect as if it were a big deal, even though our kitchen is tiny (10'X10'). The results are fabulous. My wife and I couldn't be happier. My kids are particularly pleased with the heated tile floor. The Simply Stone Team is fabulous. The attention to details, communication and follow through were just the best. They really deserve 10 stars. more

Love this place!!!! 10/29/2010

Our experience with Simply Stone was just amazing. The address listed here though is not Simply Stone's current address so I hope I'm doing a review of the right place. We purchased counter tops from them and I'm telling you, the experience couldn't have been better. . .we've done a lot of home improvements and the people at Simply Stone were. . .simply the best! They bent over backwards to make the experience great every step of the way. Loved Susan - she was kind, knowledgeable and just amazing. They don't just do counter tops but also full kitchens so the staff really has great design knowledge. Love them, love them, love them!!!! more

Poor customer service 3/31/2010

We purchased a granite kitchen countertop. However, after a few weeks we discovered a problem with the granite and ask Simply Stone to come out and look at it. They refused and gave us several excuses as to why we were having the problem. We were very disappointed in their reaction and felt we were not given the service expected after spending that kind of money. more
