I used A Spice of Life Catering for the first time for last year's holiday party. It was my first time planning a party for my company. My predecessor used them the year before so I gave them a shot. They made me look like a rockstar! I used them again for this year's party and they did not fail me. The food was amazing and the price was reasonable. I will use them again for all our future events. more

A Spice Of Life Farm Dinner 6/22/2012

Great Farm Dinner last night at the Lyons Farmette with A Spice Of Life Catering! Great food, fun people, great location! I most enjoyed the abundant "picked today" fresh veggies, the bread dipping sauce, and the Bacon Jam / heirloom / tomato / butter lettuce/ and ailoi sliders WOW! I have to say, to me the frangipane blueberry tart was the standout. Nothing dramatic, just really dialed in! more

Highly recommend "A Spice of Life" for your next catered event. Everyting from sales to clean-up was professional and outstanding. This company catered a business luncheon for the Pikes Peak Post of the Society of American Military Engineers at the U.S. Air Force Academy. We were skeptical about the traveled distance, but the servers arrived ahead of schedule and presented incredible food. All luncheon participants were impressed and told me personally they would recommend them for another function. Prior to the event, I had a very detailed and organized meet-n-greet onsite with their Sales on both the venue and agenda. They were extremely accommodating in setting up the menu and logistics. Helped make my wedding great! 9/19/2011

I had a great experience with A Spice Of Life. Kari Jo was always punctual, professional and had a great sense of humor. They catered and did everything else for my wedding on 9-10-11. Everyone complimented the food, friendly staff and overall awesomeness of the day. It was an outdoor wedding and reception and Kari Jo and her team rolled with punches and made it a seamless stress free day for me. I could focus on having a great time with my husband and guests. It was perfect. I would STRONGLY suggest A Spice Of Life and Kari Jo. more

Fairy-tale service for a fairy-tale day! 9/8/2011

Wow! I don't think there are enough wonderful things that can be said about A Spice of Life! Katie Mickel is probably one of the greatest assets to this company and her ability to organize and pull off an incredible event is amazing! We were just married on 9/3 and Katie was our event coordinator. She was there EVERY step of the way and was more than accommodating at every point along the way. She was always available to answer ANY questions or concerns about our wedding and responded back almost immediately to any calls or emails. \r \r On the day of our wedding I arrived early to get ready and saw a huge white tent in the middle of our venue and the wrong type of chairs. The venue manager was freaking out and all over the place. All it took was one call to Katie and I knew she could fix it. Her text reply to me was, "Do not worry, Rebecca. 5-Star Restaurant-Class Catering 1/19/2010

I had the pleasure of attending a private dinner catered by A Spice of Life. The 6-course gastronomic experience rivalled any I've had at international 5-star restaurants - and I travel a lot!\r \r Pieter (the chef) and Pat (the sommelier) put together awesome food/wine pairing including, amazingly enough, the intermezzo. I would have never thought Celery Sorbet and Tequila would go so well together.\r \r Outstanding work, Spice! I wouldn't hesitate to let you turn any event of mine into a fine dining experience. more

Hello David and the entire Spice Team! Again, for the second year in a row thanks so much for providing our Festival entertainment with fabulous food and service at the 2009 Fort Collins Irish Festival. While you served regional, national and also international acts direct from Ireland you also without your knowledge served Michael Cleveland who is a nationally recognized critic at large. Michael travels from 25 to 40 Irish Festival's each year and writes reviews for multiple Irish publications both here in the US and Ireland. He also appears on multiple radios show in both countries sharing his travels and critique. Michael was a special guest this year and about a month after the Festival he wrote to me to provide some constructive ideas for our Festival as well share a barrage of compliments. My Denver Baby Shower was unbelievable! 8/19/2009

Spice of Life catered my best friend's baby shower and we received endless compliments. Their staff was really helpful and they cleaned up my house after the event was over. I had many special food requests because we have a few picky eaters, but they were extremely accommodating. I thought that they did an amazing job and I refer them to all of my Denver friends! A Spice of Life Catering has great customer service! 7/21/2009

I have worked with and been to many events where A Spice of Life has catered, as well as their facility on the Flat Irons Golf Course (which was nice b/c i didn't have to pay to park there). I am always impressed with the service i receive as well as their menu options. Being that i was a server at one point i know it is not always easy to wait on people, but A Spice of Life goes above and beyond to give service with a smile. Everyone from the sales rep's and their quick responses, to the floor staff and their attentiveness is impressive and delightful. It's not just the willingness to negotiate prices (always ask if they have any specials going on), but the actual people themselves that make A Spice of Life such a pleasure to work with! I recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. more

My wedding was perfect! 7/21/2009

Jessi and the staff at A Spice of Life Event Center were amazing! Our wedding was on the verge of being moved inside due to the rain that had started, next thing you know, Jessi comes in to tell me we are on in 10 minutes. The entire staft was outside wiping down chairs and re setting the sound equipment. We had a beautiful rainbow over the flatirons and our pictures are incredible! The rest of the evening flew by but I am still recieving comments on how wonderful the food and service was. A Spice of Life exceeded our expectations and we will think of any excuse to go back and throw a party! more

Great help, made my life so easy 7/9/2009

I had A Spice of Life Catering cater and coordinate everything for my parents anniversary celebration. They not only did a fabulous job with the delicious variety of food but also arranged everything to have a dance floor and tent in the backyard. On the evening of the event, we thought the inclement weather would end the party early, but A Spice of Life stepped into overdrive and moved the party inside our home. Within minutes everything, including the band, was moved into our home so we could continue our night. I would definately use them again! more

Excellent Food, becareful of their wine list 3/29/2009

They did an excellent job of catering at our wedding, the food was amazing. We choose to do an appetizer buffet with a pasta as the main food. It was extremely good, and fit well within our budget. However, we let them pick our wine, and they changed it at the last minute. Because we had never heard of it, we went to find a bottle. It was awful, so we ended up in a last minute argument with them, which almost resulted in us cancelling our contract. After many hours on the phone they finally agreed to upgrade our wine to something we considered decent. more
