Doubled Billed 9/13/2011

Dr. Z is great! But I got doubled billed by the Dental Hygienist . Because I skipped a cleaning. She said I had twice as much plague build up... Yeah right! I'm a Barber. I don't double bill my clients because they have twice as much hair! Don't do me!!! I That's why I go all the way back to my hometown to get my teeth cleaned and worked on by someone I can trust and won't rip me off. more

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for the excellent service you provided for me recently. I've been to several different dentists in the past and none have taken the time to make me feel comfortable or confident enough to return a second time. The friendly and caring atmosphere that you and your staff provided helped me to overcome a life long fear of dentists and to have some much needed dental work done.\r \r It takes a person dedicated to his work to make himself available on a 24 hour basis a day basis, and for that reason I was able to keep my plans for an out of town trip knowing that if I had any problems you were just a phone call away. In my opinion you and your staff are by far the best. more

Amazing! 3/5/2011

Dr. Zimmerman is by far the #1 dentist in my life. After Relocating from Chicago to Jacksonville, Dr. Z was 10x better than my old dentist. He did an implant on me and was so fat with it. When i was in pain, i called him up to see how to fix it. He gave me advice and i had no pain after that. A couple weeks later, he called me personally to check up on me. He is truly the ideal dentist. i can't wait to see him again when i have my next cleaning more

Accepted my insurance, I had a good idea how much my portion of visit would be, greeted at the window, didn't have to wait long, dentist & assistant were very kind & caring, no pain during or after visit, I have made appointments for my daughters. Overall good experience. more

I was very satisfied with the services provided by A Smile Resort. I just moved here and wasn't sure were to go for my dental care. A co-worker recommended Dr. Zimmerman and I am grateful for her advice. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Zimmerman was very personable. I will be scheduling my entire family for all dental needs. more

talking about perfection, excellence, and satisfaction; is what a smile resort is all about. Dr. Zimmerman is a very respectful knowledgeable dentist. it was the best experience ever; a big difference compared with my past dentist who charged a lot more but never explained or spend the time. The hygienist, front desk people, and staff were very friendly. finally, my visit worth every penny i spend and it felt like a first class visit(i was really pampered). more

what a wonderful experience i had at Dr. Zimmerman's office. Everybody was kind, cooperative, and understanding. Dr. Zimmerman spent the time explaining my dental condition and the best he was able to take care it on the same visit. thanks all. more

Just another average dentist in an average office. I don't know where these other people went to. The office staff is constantly being replaced. How many personnel have to change before paying customers realize this means internal problems with the office. Fundamentally, there isn't a good reason to return here. many other offices offer spa like settings, in updated and current locations relevant to their customers needs. Simply cramming 4 people in a small waiting room, then putting me in a chair to wait on the dentist is unsatisfactory. Of course I could watch TV in the ceiling, but I didn't come here for that.... Overall, disappointed. Maybe the few other patients that responded will continue to seek the Dr's advice and care, I won't. more

Excellent service 11/17/2010

my visit to a smile resort was extremely pleasant and positive. very welcoming, and friendly staff. I've been going there for 2 years and every visit goes very smooth; everything is explained to me ahead of time regarding the type of procedure and fees. Dr. Zimmerman is a wonderful dentist , very caring, and explained everything in details. I can't be happier somewhere else. more

I was very happy with this office. The office staff were very helpful and friendly. I just moved to the area and needed to have a exam and check-up. The hygienist was very good and very informative regarding my dental hygiene. Dr. Zimmerman was very friendly. Glad I chose this office. more

Wonderful Caring Dentist 6/11/2009

If you need a dentist Dr. Zimmerman is the man. There are not enough positive words I can say to describe my recent experience with him while having my tooth removed. He will make sure that you feel no pain are as comfortable as possible, and that your procedure is done right. The staff is just wonderful. If I could give Christine an award for her patience with dealing with me, I would. Great Dentist and Staff!!! more

a good dentist 9/22/2005

Dr Zimmerman caters to those of us who hate going to the dentist.have stereo,dvd,satalitte tv in ceilings for viewing. Massager chairs, and they accept most insurance plans. more
