I'm so angry with this business. I booked one shuttle for my wedding June 1, 2013 at Beckett Ridge Country Club. The hotel we were staying at, Staybridge Suites, booked another shuttle for us for free. So, we were supposed to have two shuttles there, two shuttles back. From 530 to 630, then from 11 to 12 and 11:15 to 12:15. Shuttle service was to end at 12:15, bottom line. I was only to pay for ONE shuttle for ONE hour.\r

However, I was charged an extra hour for the shuttle because the shuttle driver decided to return to Beckett Ridge to pick up more people... he arrived at the place at 12:20am, as confirmed by their GPS. He was never supposed to pick up more people... i didn't want to pay for an additional hour or else I would've asked for that... and yet he came back anyways for one more (5 minute drive) with another shuttle. I never agreed to them coming back to get more people after the hour I paid them for! They tried to say I was rude for not wanting them to come back to get all my guests back to the hotel... well guess what, the 10 people you picked up could've gotten a cab for 1/5 of the price of a full hour of their service!\r

After speaking on the phone with them multiple times, they have never returned my money. Their business practices are fraud-like in my opinion. Disgusting.\r

Oh and on top of all this... I heard from my guests that the driver began driving to the wrong ceremony site (Lake Lyndsay) on two occasions due to their mixing up my wedding with another wedding at the hotel. Further, I ordered two shuttles, not a shuttle and a limo... but that is what showed up at the end of the reception. Sure, a limo is nice... but the shuttle held 14 people while the limo only held like 8 to 10 of us. We needed more seats!\r

Please don't waste your time with this company! You can read the other poor reviews and see they lack professionalism, quality service, and ethics.
