I TELL YOU WHO SHOULD BE TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND PURSUING LITIGATION AND THAT ARE THE COMPANIES THAT HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED BY DEBTORS WHOM WRITE BAD CHECKS AND THEN CONVENIENTLY FORGET ABOUT THEM FOR ""YEARS"". ALSO, IT IS AMAZING HOW INDIVIDUALS THAT CAN'T HOLD DOWN A JOB FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS COME OUT OF THE WOODWORK BECAUSE THEIR WORK ETHIC IS SO POOR THAT THEY CAN'T FOLLOW A SCRIPT OR SHOW UP TO WORK ON TIME. THEIR ARE ALWAYS TWO SIDES TO EVERY SITUATION ESPECIALLY IN THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF COLLECTIONS. I BELIEVE IN OLD SCHOOL VALUES, A DAYS WORK FOR A DAYS PAY AS WELL AS PAYING YOUR BILLS, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO FRAUDLENT CHECKS THAT HAVE BEEN GIVEN YEARS TO JUST PAY WHAT THEY OWE. Allen Hardeman has little mans disease . He trys to act like a bad ass on the phone ,but I bet if he had to talk someone face to face he would be a big whimp! I called this company to discuss a common debter and he blasted me like I was attacking him and I was just asking a question.He screamed so loud the whole office could hear him . First let me say, Ms Green, now Ms Johnson is not his girlfriend, and the ONLY person in his office who has any compassion. I have been dealing with this company since Sept 2009, and I finally have the acct paid off and verified thru the debtor that they got the money. However, after my last phone conversation with Hardeman, I decided I had had enough of this bully with a license!! With the licensing board he has certain ethics he has to uphold. I have sent letters and proof of my payments to the GA ATTY Gen office, the FTC (federal trade commission, because he is a debt collector), the BBB, and the GA Licensing Board. I am definately going to pursue the revoking of his license as he has no morals, no ethics and no business even being in business where he is in contact with other people. I also called the company where the money was due and got thier dorporate office info and am sending them a letter describing his tactics for collection which I am sure he has broken many collection laws. I can only hope that everyone that reads these blogs follows suit and files complaints with the above entities and we can have this mans ( I use the term lightly) license and his business closed once and for all. This company is awful...not only to the clients but the man who owns or manages this place is downright rude,combatant to his employess...I know for a fact he has verbally abused 4 recent employees and then fires them...or they walk out because he cusses so badly and he screams at you. He is degrading and belittling to his employees. Something should be done about this man...he needs to be committed. The ONE STAR rating is not deserved...I had to pick it or this would not be published! more

The Company I had done business with closed for good without notifying it's clients verbally or in writing. I was left with no where to continue to pay my balance. I received a phone call at my place of employment in which the caller did not want to identify himself except to rudely say it was a legal matter and that I needed to call that number. I called back on my cell phone and a voicemail picked up. I told them NOT to call me at my place of employment and left my cell phone number. I was then called back by another individual at my place of work AGAIN! I called back with full intentions to resolve my payment issue. Before I could tell her that I could pay in full the following week she threatened to file suit and all their fees. When I stated she was welcome to serve me if she refused to take full payment the following week she quickly recanted. The next week came and the day before I was due to pay I received an email to contact her. I did so and asked why was I emailed. At first she tried to brush me off, then she admitted it was an error. Then when I asked why their business email was a ""google"" account @gmail, and wanted a faxed copy of my check her response was: ""Are you coming at me like this because you can't make the payment?"" I was floored! What kind of unprofessional, biased, and hostile statement to make towards a customer? I proceeded to inform her that I had every right to ask her questions. She then agreed and faxed me a copy of the check. I went to moneygram the payment as they requested, and before I could call back to give them the ref # they called my place of employment AGAIN!!! I returned the call from my cell, proceeded to express my concern and disgust regarding their unprofessional-ism before giving her the reference number so I could be sure she wouldn't hang up. She had nothing to say except thank you and goodbye. If you need to collect and wish to keep a good reputation in the community do NOT USE THIS FIRM!! This company has been allowed to treat people terribly!!! When you google this company's name, All of the reviews read the same but are by different people that have been disrespected, talked down to and worse of all THREATENED!!! It is one thing to attempt to collect a debt professionally, it is another to threaten to throw people in jail, disrespectfully conduct a business matter, discuss personal business info to someone other than the party it pertains too, and last but not least use profanity!!! That is far from professional, there are codes of conduct amd rules or regulations set forth to protect people from becoming victims of such behavior and this company does not respect or follow any of the code rules or regulations.
