A Presidential Limousine Inc

You talked to Pat. The ""owner"" of this excuse of a company. I drove for this company for about 2 months, extremely ignorant, and not caring people. Two of the drivers dont even have there licenses!!! Let alone before they go on any runs they are either high and/or drunk. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANY ONE!!! I truly don't know how they are still in business, based on there reputation, and actions. If you ever use this company you are endangering yourself physically and financially. more

He was hired to pick me and some others from the airport for a business trip by the host company. My flight was delayed about 20 minutes, so when I arrived a called him to confirm he was still there. He waves me down and I talked to him in person. Could tell he was anxious to get going so I told him I will get my bag and be right there. He calls me 5 minutes later asking if I got the bag yet? Told him the bags were being unloaded now. He then says ""I'm gonna go ahead and load everyone up. and I'll wait for you outside in the limo area. I told him OK. he calls about 2 minutes later and says ""got the bags yet"" I said no then he says something like they are ready to get going. I tell him I will be right out because my bag ought to be coming out soon and that I will call him as soon as I have it. Next, I got my bag went outside, dude is gone!! I called him it rings a few times then to voicemail...what? 25 minutes later no driver and he still hasn't returned two voicemails. Had to arrange for other transportation. Next day, I called looking for a manager so I could let them know how disappointing the experience was from the number off the internet, called that number it was the same dude... He said he was the owner and ""Do you have anything more to say to me sir"" in a confrontational manner. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE!!! more

DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE! Is there an option of leaving zero stars? Even better would be a negative-star option. Really wish our hotel concierge that recommended this company had known about these horrible reviews. I?ll just assume the 5-star review was one he wrote himself or had a relative write. We arranged for drop-off and pick-up service from downtown Indy to Conner Prairie Park for an 8:00 p.m. outdoor symphony performance. Our driver Pat, the owner of the company, picked us up late and arrogantly talked about himself the whole time?how he built his company from the ground up, how he had the best service in Indy, how he knew all the millionaires and what places he had taken them. He talked so much and so fast, I suspected he was on some sort of stimulant. When he dropped us off at 7:45, he assured us he would return for pick-up at 10:30 unless we needed an earlier pick-up for any reason. He said if that was the case to just call and he would be no more than 20-30 minutes away. At 8:20, our concert was cancelled due to a horrible storm that blew through (we were 10 miles north of the Indiana State Fairgrounds on the same night of the stage collapse that happened there). We called Pat and he said he would be there in 40 minutes. An hour later, he called to say he had a flat tire and did not know how much longer he would be. Really? A flat on that brand new Denali? When we called to check on him 30 minutes later, he said he was waiting on a tow truck. Really? He didn?t know how to change a tire? When we asked if he could send one of his other drivers (he had bragged about a fleet of 24 vehicles), he said ?sorry, it?s Saturday night?they?re all busy.? At that point, we knew he had hosed us. When we called our hotel for assistance, we were told that Pat had called them?not us?to tell them they would need to make other arrangements to have us picked up. No taxis were available at this point, because they had all been dispatched to the tragedy at the fairgrounds. The best we could do was ?stand-by? with one taxi service. We were the only ones left at this rural park, stranded 23 miles from our hotel for 2 hours in the after-storm drizzle, wondering if we were going to be camping out on the picnic tables. It was as surreal as it was scary. more

We made reservations with Presidential Limo for my daughter's senior prom. We had phone conversations and multiple emails to confirm the time and location of our pick up. The company called to ask what colors the kids school was for prom as the promised to decorrate the inside of the vehicle for the kids with baloons matching the kids school colors. They never showed up, left ten kids standing in my driveway that had to make immediate alternative transportation arrangement. They would not answer multiple phone calls from several different numbers, text messages or emails. I doubt they will be in business much longer. NO WEB SITE, NO RETURN CALLS NO BUSINESS ETHICS, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. LIED TO MY DAUGHTER & WIFE. VERY UNETHICAL ORGANIZATION!!!!! more

The organization I work for has used A Presidential in the past. During a pick up I scheduled for a visiting International delegation, driver Patrick informed me that A Presidential provides town car rides from the east side to the airport for $5 more than I'd usually pay for a cab, and to let him know if he could ever arrange a pick up for me personally. more

Hired to pick up client from airport. Told that they would be there w/a sign at baggage claim. Client calls because no one was there. Called only to find out that the driver was there, but trying to return a cell phone to someone. That would have been fine, but he had not bothered to call the client (and had the cell phone number). And it was 30mins after the flight was due to land. Called to discuss this the next day and owner did not see this as an issue and was unprofessional in his attitued. The Marriott where I stayed told me Presidential was a reliable service for them, so I took there word for it in spite of the bad reviews on CitySearch results. The hotel called the night before to make the reservation. I got to the lobby 10 minutes early and the driver was already there with the limo. He got me to the airport quickly. No problems. A Presidential was recommended to me by a friend who thought he knew Mr. Stern well. To my surprise, my wife and I and our two children nearly missed our flight for our vacation. The kids were so excited having never been in a limo! What a shame. I called twice that morning...no reply. I called and emailed when I got home...no reply. I finally got a hold of Pat today. He put me on hold for nine minutes and then hung up on me.DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I AM SHARING THIS WITH SOME OF HIS LOYAL CLIENTS WHO I AM SURE WILL CHANGE THERE MIND. YOU CAN'T DEPEND ON THIS PERSON. Since my junior prom, and my best friend's senior prom, is coming up, I find it necessary to get everything perfect. After calling every limo service in the Greater Indianapolis phone book, I found that a presidential limo inc. was the cheapest and seemed like the nicest, saying that they would put balloons in the limo and take a limo to my house and let me ride in it to see what his limos include. I was so excited, I wanted to go to their website and look at their limos online. Unfortunately, no website ever came up about them. Instead, I found this website with reviews that are criticizing stating they never came to pick up the group and when called they ignored the calls unless they were from a different number, from about five people, a problem with the air conditioning not working and a bride passing out because of the heat, and also going to pick up a group of people with a broken window. I became concerned, worried that all of my and my friends money would go to waste, so I had my mom call for me and bring up these issues. When she called and said yeah my daughter called you yesterday about prom, he sounded like he was in a wonderful mood. However, when she brought up the other complaints, he actually had the nerve to hang up on her. No matter how nice you think he seems, do not choose his limo service. Never ever pick this limo company for anything. They not only ruined mine & my girlfriends senior prom by being late to pick us up, having the wrong color limo, & the radio/cd player did not work. After being told we would receive a free hummer limo ride on a day of our choice for 3 hours, when we called to scheldule they would not pick up there phones after repeadtly telling us they would call back and let us know whether are graduation day was avaliable, they have never returned are calls nor answer the phone. After being told verbally over the phone that I had nothing to worry about and that the limo would arrive at the scheduled time, the limo never showed up. I tried to contact the 24 hour dispatch multiple times and each time recieved only an answering machine. 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, we tried to contact the limo service again from an alternate number and they answered right away reassuring us that they would contact the driver and call us back right away.
