A Plus Moving & Storage

I give an A+ to A+ Moving & Storage! The movers were quick, courteous, and were helpful in everyway possible. The one in charge explained their policies and answered all the questions we had! I've done many move with the military and A+ will be used and recommended again and again! more

I have used A+ on several occasions and even referred friends, neighbors, and family. The prices for each part of my move and storage were clearly typed on my paperwork, and the crew leader even went back over them at the time of signing to make sure I understood each part. I've tried mini-bin storage in the past, but felt it was too easy to access for others. The storage at A+ made me feel very comfortable, and I understood the fee (explained up-front) about accessing my items, because it does take time and work to access it. The company stored my vehicles during my last deployment as well, and the cars were in running condition from the personnel taking tiem to ensure my tires, battery, and other functions stayed properly working! I urge people to A+, if you are moving across town, want them to store your stuff, or even if you just want them to pack your small things in boxes! more

Absolutely horrible customer service and major con men. They raped us. Hired them to move our two bedroom apartment which only had one bedroom worth of furniture and they charged us almost 2000. also they have many hidden fees that they do no tell you about until later. My husband deployed shortly after we hired them and they waited until he left to discuss all of the charges. If you leave your belongings in their storage unit expect to pay 50$ every time that you need to access them, then another 250$ to get everything out. We were never told of the fees until we my husband came back from deployment. We did not have a new place at the time and he had to get his things out bit by bit; they charged him each and every time. After they moved our things into our new apartment I told them that a table had been damaged and we were missing items. They said they would have someone contact us about having them found or repaired. I had to call them more than 10 times before someone finally came out to do a claim. They said that they would find our missing items and a repair man would come and take care of our table. it has been almost a month and not a thing. I called again last week and still have not received a return call. I am very upset in the way they have taken advantage of us and pushed our concerns under the rug. I'd rather break my back moving our items than hire them again. Service members beware, they are more than willing to take advantage of you more

I could not ask for a better, more professional group of gentlemen. I am still amazed at how quick and efficient they were. The owner came out to give a free estimate and sold me on their services. What he promised is what happened. They showed up on time, with all the proper equipment and had me and my family in our new house by the afternoon! If I ever move again (which I am hoping I will not have to) I would use them! AMAZING JOB PERFORMANCE more

I would recommend A+ to anybody moving. I have nothing but positive things to say about these professionals. They went above and beyond to help me get all of the stuff moved in a timely manner. They showed up, packed my house, and delivered in one day. They handled my furniture with care with no damages what so ever. The crew that came out knew exactly what they were doing and easily answered my questions. I would let them move me again, and I have already referred them to my coworker. more

HORRIBLE!! we thought at first it was going well until they left..we had black stuff all over my white couches(which i pointed out to the movers before they left)they didn't care at all.they admitted it had to come from the truck..all the beds were put together wrong. my son's bed even broke due to no support because the movers didn't bother to screw in the screws. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!! more
