A pathway to hope and healing 6/15/2023

Upon coming to The Center, I was beyond nervous. I was unsure exactly what I was signing myself up for. After I arrived, the staff made daily efforts to make sure I felt welcomed and connected. The community was wonderful and helped me to not feel alone during this journey. Even being away from family, I was able to find a family within The Center community. The work done here is very intense but it has shown me there is no way to feel more free than to work through the intense feelings and emotions. I have gained so much insight into myself and the way/s my body and mind work. I would not have felt the hopefulness I feel now for my future if I had not decided to come to The Center. I am beyond thankful for everything done here at The Center. The staff and other clients are amazing. Regardless of how tough some days were here, there was always someone willing to listen and hear me out. My care team members here were all very engaged and cared a lot about helping me. more

How The Center changed my life forever 6/13/2023

If you are looking for real change in your life and a community of both peers and therapist to help you achieve that change. Choose The Center - A Place of HOPE. My life would be lost and/or extreamly difficult had I not made the decision to come here. Take the time away from what is destroying you ie. behaviors, toxic people, stress, etc. and choose Hope. Choose the Center. It will be one of the best decision you make for your life. more

A holistic haven for healing and growth 6/8/2023

I would 100% recommend The Center to absolutely anyone. We all have past traumas, hurt and things we have gone through and are still going through. No problems are too small or big to tackle here, especially when you have the support of the community. The holistic approach is the only way to go, and wouldn't have wanted to do it any other way. The entire staff and members of the community here are all so kind, respectful, helpful and engaging. I never would have imagined coming to a place like this, but now I can't imagine not having this experience. If you're on the fence, my advice is to take a leap of faith, you won't regret it. It will be the beginning of a new journey and a fresh start. more

A Life-Changing Journey at The Center: breakthroughs, supportive team, and empowering community 6/2/2023

I was hesitant coming to the Center because I truly felt like nothing would change no matter what I was working on. After spending 4 weeks at the Center, I had a breakthrough and felt as though things were coming into place. My personal team felt like a family. They were so focused on me and why I was here and what they could do to help me live a better life. I felt listened to and never felt judgement by anyone. It's amazing to see how coming together with others going through their own struggles can make such a big impact in such a short amount of time. Each class addressed some struggle I had each time and I really felt understood because I wasn't alone like I felt I had been. The teachers, counselors, and staff genuinely care about each individual and it is so clear to see. more

Seamless transition and holistic care at the Center 6/1/2023

My experience was great. Admissions very communicative and helpful, and I really appreciated that they made an effort to get me in for the next Monday start when the insurance approval came through on Friday afternoon. I think my first day went well. The admissions team and my care team did as much as they could to make the transition as easy and comfortable as possible, and I felt like I had people to go to if I had questions or needed help. I felt cared for and valued as an individual at The Center. The holistic approach to care was really beneficial for me. more

An unforgettable journey to healing and restoration 5/18/2023

Wow - I cannot really put into words how amazing my treatment team was. And the medical team here is GREAT! Each member of the medical team that I interacted with here treated me with kindness and respect. The Center: A Place of Hope is exactly as its name states...a place of HOPE. I came here in complete crisis. The pain became too unbearable for me to want to hold on any longer. The professionals here work together to offer whole person care and truly dive deep into your personal struggles so that hope can be restored and healing can truly begin. I can walk away from here now, knowing that I have the skills, safety, and desire to continue living. While I will continue on my journey of healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, anorexia, and body dysmorphic disorder, I now know that there is hope for me. I am worthy. I am enough. I can and will win. I am eternally grateful to my entire support team at The Center. They are the best of the best! more

A beacon of hope and transformation 5/16/2023

The Center: a Place of Hope is accurately named. For myself, as well as many who come here, this is the "Hail Mary" after you have tried everything else. I had apprehension and fear at the thought of committing to an inpatient program, but from the first day at The Center you do not feel singled out or shamed. I came into this program wanting to find a better way of life on the other side. That is what I have found. Over the 4 weeks of treatment I was able to dive into my past, own my story, and set goals for the future, under the guidance of a team who truly cared about me as an individual. For those who are feeling hopeless or at the end of themselves, encourage you to come to The Center and surrender to the process. A better, fuller life waits for you. more

Overcoming depression and anxiety in four weeks 5/11/2023

When I first came to The Center I was very skeptical of how a 4 week program would change my life as I was struggling to get out of bed and was incapable of focusing my attention for more than 2 hours at a time. From the moment you enter the Center two things are clear: 1) Everyone is welcome no matter how you are feeling, what you have gone through or what brought you here 2) Your focus is only getting yourself better. Everything else is taken care of by the Center. I can say that in 4 weeks the actual skills I learned to help deal with my depression and anxiety will be a lifelong habit that has changed my life. The only thing I can say is that I wish I attended it sooner and stayed longer. more

Personalized care for extreme emotional distress 5/3/2023

The struggle to find the "right" help in times of extreme emotional distress can be as daunting as the very struggle you are facing. Wherever you find yourself look no further, because The Center has found you. The personalization of care makes this program unlike any other. You no longer have to search for the exact fit, because the model of care at The Center will shape to your needs, as a worn in shoe to your foot. There are no sufficent words to describe the freedom this offered, in my most desperate state of my life. I have been so lucky to have the opportunity to experience care here at The Center. My positive experience with thorough admissions team 5/1/2023

The admissions team was thorough and direct. I felt I was given all essential information to arrive to the Center as confidently as is possible when embarking on an unknown journey. Incredibly welcoming, hospitable and understanding of any reserve naturally from the slight discomfort of feeling like I did not know what else to do. more

It was an amazing experience. I gained insight as to why I did some of the unhealthy things I did in my past, and that insight then helped me fugure out where the emotions were coming from and what I can do about it to help the situation and keep my self respect rather than do something that may feel better in the moment, but make me feel far worse about myself later. more

Finding hope and healing at The Center 4/11/2023

Coming to The Center- A Place of Hope was a bold risk for me, but well worth the investment. I had really hit a breaking point and I didn't see a lot of options that would help drag me out of my deep well of grief, anxiety, and depression. I strongly encourage anyone who is really seeking healing to come here and rest knowing you will be surrounded by people who are so compassionate and knowledgeable in their field. It is never too late for a fresh start and this precious life we have been blessed with is worth fighting for. more

Finding hope and healing at The Center 4/4/2023

I came to The Center feeling hopeless and too broken to fix. What I learned is that I am and have never been broken. I am a human who has been through hard things. By coming to The Center, I gained tools to face the hard things and to have hope for the future. They treat the whole person, and I needed each aspect of treatment. I am so grateful for the staff and all the support I received along the way. I finally feel seen, heard, and have a path forward. more

The benefits of holistic treatment 3/31/2023

My treatment team was amazing. I wouldn't be where I'm at currently without their help, knowledge and professionalism. My medical team was also amazing. They gave a holistic approach which was different for me, but I did enjoy. I'd rather go this route in the future than be put on unneeded medications. more

Coming to The Center has been one of the best decisions of my life. The first day when I entered those doors, I was so broken, scared and unsure. I will be leaving here with a positive outlook on my life which I didn't have walking in. All the staff members are kind, caring, compassionate, understanding, supportive and professional. more
