I recommended this company ONLY IFF you want a personal headache every step of the way and every time they clean your home. The first time I used the company to clean my very small one bedroom apartment I was given a window of 11-1pm of when the 2 person crew would arrive at my home. After waiting til 3pm, I had to call the company, they did not even have consideration to call me. Finally around 4 someone showed up and then spent most of her time on the phone with the other crew member and the company trying to get the second person to my house… When they finally cleaned my place, the 2 girls took the 2 hrs I purchased to clean the bathroom, the hardwood floors and 1 medium aerial rug and the stove top. They were SUPER SLOW. I spoke with the company after this and was assured this would not happen And the owner would contact me. The owner did not follow through. When I called back after leaving multiple messages with the VERY RUDE receptionist and answering service, the receptionist not only yelled at me, she told me “take my business elsewhere”. I demanded to speak with the owner’s husband who was available at the time. He assured me that he would straighten out the scheduling problem and would send a different crew. This 2nd time they cleaned my house everything went smoothly! Then the owner, who never followed through with me, emailed me and told me that the crew stayed past the amount of time I purchased but she wouldn’t be charging me for it; Like she was doing me a favor. I told her that it is not my responsibility to manage time for her employees. But since the scheduling problem seemed to be resolved, I decided to use them 2 weeks later. I sent an email to confirm my appointment for the morning. Yet I sat at my house all day again because the company did not show up as promised. I called and found out that despite all the problems I had and all the promises the one husband made, they did not schedule me in the requested and promised time slot, instead they put me as the last house to be cleaned at the end of the day and did not even provide notice of the time change. The husband told me that I should just provide a key to make things easier…What??? Now I am paying to make things easier for them; isn’t the whole point of hiring personal elf is to make things easier for me!??!! Oh and I really want such an unreliable company having full access to my house yea right. 3 crew members even told me how rude the receptionist is to everyone including employees. The crew members also told me that they constantly lose customers over scheduling problems because the company is so unorganized, infact the one crew lost 2 this month alone, make that 3, because I am not using them again!! This company is unreliable, not dependable, and a pain in the ass. They have TERRIBLE customer service and flat out don’t care about customers. They will give you every excuse in the book, tell you what they want to hear, and then do whatever is beneficial for the company no matter what the cost is to the customer. The only good thing about this company was that the crew that came was actually really nice, did a nice job when I wasn’t given the slow crew, and truly tried to please their customer. Maybe the owners should take some tips from their employees and adjust their attitudes
