I've worked with several traditional counselors over many years for what was medically diagnosed as "chronic, clinical depression" (in addition to taking anti-depressant meds for almost 20 years). I was guided to see Keith who has helped me to heal tremendously. Although it was neither an expectation nor a goal, I have been able to stop taking anti-depressants and am living (and functioning) happily using the information and tools that Keith has given me. Even though insurance won't help pay for the appointments, it has been well worth every penny spent and the commute. more

Any negative review (Like the one below) said about this place is undoubtedly a plant. There is truly NO WAY you can say anything but wonderful things about Keith and this amazing place. I have never heard him say one bad thing about anyone after going there for a few months now...I have received nothing but understanding and love. My whole life has changed for the better in too many ways to type here. I had very little finances and they worked with me to be able to come in until I could stand on my own after a serious trauma disabled me. I am so grateful for Keith and the fact that he is in Charleston...may it always be so! more

I must admit I was hesitant on writing this review. What if everyone else saw it and started booking and I couldn't get in I thought. Keith can already be booked a few weeks in advance. But then...that's just selfish. :) more

I am updating this after being bothered by this individual about my review. (Emails available.) Please just be aware that if you have an emergency and have to cancel-and don't follow each of their requirements-they will charge you $150, or $50 if they can "fill" your spot. My intent was to simply warn people to do a better job reading the policies than I did-I don't know anybody who can lose money these days. Good luck! I'll try not to suffocate myself!!! :) LOL more

A few years ago I went to see Lance to lose a few pounds. I called to make my appointment. We talked about the cost. Hypnosis was far cheaper than the fees and dues I had paid to join a nationally known weight loss agency. During the phone conversation, Lance answered all my questions and gave great directoins. Lance recorded our sessions for me to use at home. I still use these tapes today. What a great break in the middle of a hectic day. I also use them at night when I go to sleep. They really relax me and I get a good night's sleep. I have benefited in more ways than just one. Needless to say, I lost weight and I feel really good. I love this place! I do not wish to bash any other places but I visited another prominent place in Charleston on Sam Rittenberg and they were not professional for a 'free consultation." Not to mention they tried to "sell" me a $900 package for Weight loss and a fear of planes I had. Keith & Lance did it for under $200 and I only had to come in 3 times! The price is right and they skimp on NOTHING! Me and my wife took our first Overseas trip to Scotland 3 weeks ago! No more flying phobia. These guys are experts at NLP, Hypnosis and they are extremely professional. Go Mr. Sudano! I have lost 13 lbs since working with Lance. These guys are top rate and professionals. I wish all were like them! Pros: Very cost effective, Extremely professional, courteous & kind Cons: I wanted to keep coming back! ;) more
