Best Boston Computer Repair Shop - In Back Bay Boston 1/24/2010

I took my Toshiba laptop to their Back Bay Boston computer repair shop on Newbury Street, and not only were they more affordable than every other company I investigated in Boston, but they turned around my PC repair in less than 24 hours and there were no hidden costs. Quick home office wireless repair 12/2/2009

The wireless in my home office was not working, which was detrimental for me because I send quite a few emails per day. There's only so much I can do on my phone... A+ Mobile PC Doctors dispatched a technician to my home the day after I called. They had my wireless fixed very quickly. I was surprised by how friendly the technician was. I would recommend them to anyone. Pros: very fast service! more

Fast and Friendly Computer Repair in Boston, Thumbs Up 11/25/2009

I brought my IBM Thinkpad in with all kinds of problems including a cracked LCD and the machine was running very slowly. Not only did they replace my laptop lcd screen for far less than many other computer repair shops in Boston had quoted me, but they also removed something like 200+ viruses (or malware as they told me it is really called) and optimized my PC so now it runs like new. They definitely have a new customer in me and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Pros: Very Honest, Knowledgeable, Quick Turn-Around, Polite Cons: I was very happy with this service more

Competent & Honest Computer Repair Shop in Boston 11/14/2009

What can I say...This computer repair shop in Back Bay Boston was right on. They did a motherboard replacement for me on my HP laptop that was quoted at almost double the cost by HP (which I was going to have to ship it to HP), and other Boston based computer repair shops were also more costly and were going to take a lot longer to do the actual work. The A+ Mobile PC Doctors technicians were very polite and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely use these guys again. Pros: they were fairly quick, priced well for tech services Cons: nothing really to complain about more

I recently brought my computer in to A+ Mobile PC Doctors computer repair shop on Newbury St. in Back Bay Boston for what I thought was going to be a major overhaul, memory upgrade and general tune up. I actually suspected that the damage my kids and I have done over the past couple years to the PC was going to result in a much higher costs to repair the computer. The A+ Mobile PC Doc's technician actually took the time to explain what was really happening with my machine, and how I can prevent this from (easily) happening in the future once the viruses were removed and he had upgraded our RAM from 500MB to 2GB. Overall I was impressed, and the bill was far less than I had been quoted elsewhere. I feel good recommending their computer repair service in Boston.
