The BEST automotive service I've ever experienced in my life!!!!!!!\r \r Dutch has always been super helpful when it came to the issues that arose when Audi of Charlotte serviced my car. They ruined my engine and gave excuses at every corner about why my chain tensioner had failed. I had the car towed to them and they fixed the problems with the top end in a very short time, it was about a week since the job was very intensive.\r \r Then when I got the car back, I ended up suing Audi of Charlotte in small claims court and Dutch and the excellent mechanic who had worked on my car, showed up to court with me, taking time out of their busy days to support me their customer.\r \r By far the best Automotive service I've ever experienced, and I have become a fan and faithful customer for it.\r \r \r more

These guys are honest, friendly and they know what they're doing. Did I mention honest? They just found me open recalls and saved me several hundred dollars (instead of just fixing it and taking my money, they told me where/how to get it fixed for free). Tough to find a reliable, trustworthy mechanic but I have... and I'll be back. more

I have a 2005 LR3. It sounded like they really knew the vehicle and I could trust them. Sadly I was wrong. I had called my old mechanic in Tx that only works on LR and he told me it was a leak in the airbag. A&M said they had to have the car for a couple of days to do a full diagnoses that it could be anything. This would have cost several hundred dollars before repairs. I took it to another mechanic that completely agreed and had it fixed within a day. If you have a Land Rover don't go here go to Import Clinic they are awesome! more

I am sure this will not be posted on A & M'S review, but I thought we had found an honest mechanic recommended by someone we trust. We were charged $1169 for an oil leak repair and acouple of others problems, one being shaking when we would stop. We got the car back and the oil leak was worse and it still shakes. He offered to do whatever would make us happy, but then said he would only give us 1/3 back. Which as of date we have not seen. We will be filing on him in small claims court and turning him in to the Better Business B.\r I really am dissapointed in the after service we received. His staff was sick at the time of the repairs and we were very patient and even refused the use of a rental car as not to cost him extra expense since he was sick. more

We've used Dutch since we moved here in 2008. There have been several times when he has made recommendations that saved us HUNDREDS of dollars when he had the opportunity to take advantage of us. He is honest, even takes pictures of repairs, explains things so anyone can understand them, is beyond personable, and has helped us tremendously. We recommend him to all our friends. He is the BEST!! You can trust his company to do a great job and to stand by their service! more

We love Dutch at A&M Auto! We've been using them for all our car maintenance needs in the past 5 years and we have had zero problems. They are very trustworthy, which is hard to find these days. I recommend them to all our friends and they have all be thrilled with him as well! more

Wow, I can't say enough about the friendly, professional service I receive at A&M Autoservice in Pineville. I have taken my car there numerous times and always have a great experience. If the repairs require a lot of time, I get to drive the red jeep loaner vehicle - a huge help. Dutch is very knowledgeable and informs me of any and all options. (even if it means less $$ for him!!). Sometimes he tells me things I don't want to hear, but that is exactly why my friends and neighbors take our cars to him. He tells it like it is and we trust him and his advice/information. Other car repair shops tell you things you "need" to do, but don't want to explain why or show you the worn out parts after they have been replaced. I don't believe them. I don't trust the quality of the parts they put in. Dutch at A&M is the best. My husband totally agrees, and that is saying a lot! Pros: Honest, Reliable, Good Value Cons: None more

Owner takes time to educate you on your problem and offers repair options. They understand the benefits of repeat business. They even offer a shop warranty beyond the parts warranties. Not many places do that. Pros: Honest and fair. Integrety. more

Honest assessment and work was performed exactly as described for the amount they said. I won't go anywhere else! Pros: Competancy and Honesty Cons: Slightly off the beaten path - but worth the effort more
