The BEST automotive service I've ever experienced in my life!!!!!!!\r

Dutch has always been super helpful when it came to the issues that arose when Audi of Charlotte serviced my car. They ruined my engine and gave excuses at every corner about why my chain tensioner had failed. I had the car towed to them and they fixed the problems with the top end in a very short time, it was about a week since the job was very intensive.\r

Then when I got the car back, I ended up suing Audi of Charlotte in small claims court and Dutch and the excellent mechanic who had worked on my car, showed up to court with me, taking time out of their busy days to support me their customer.\r

By far the best Automotive service I've ever experienced, and I have become a fan and faithful customer for it.\r
