I left AJ a phone message on Tuesday evening to explain that an 88-year old house-bound woman on a very limited income had no hot water. PG&E had re-lit the pilot light for her mobile home about 2 weeks earlier, but said the water heater was leaking. I was trying to find community assistance to replace it when it ""died"" again. A new water heater was needed quickly but her funds were very limited and I was hoping he'd be able to provide a good discount. No, I'm not family -- just a friend trying to assist.
