Fast, Friendly Service 9/24/2013

We have used A&H for both our heating/cooling and plumbing services for the past six years. The service is quick, the staff is great, and the technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. Most recently, Patrik came out to clean our kitchen sink line and did a quick and thorough job. Thank you again! more

We are very pleased with the heating/cooling job you did for us. The installation looks wonderful. Your guys even picked up all the debris. You have done everything we agreed on. We are already telling others how good and reasonable you were. One of the technicians even came by late one night to give us a little tool to open a vent! Thanks again!! more

Cody, made some suggestions of things that would help my system to be more efficient for me. He spent a moment visiting. This made me feel more like a friend rather than just another person he was doing work for. Everyone that I have had dealings with from your company has been so very helpful, from the office personnel to the ones who do my servicing of my system. They are prompt, dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced as well! A & H always fast and professional 7/24/2012

I have called A&H for air conditioning issues, hot water heater issues, and a plumbing issue. They've always called me back promptly, usually had a service guy out the same day (often within a couple of hours!) and do professional work at great prices. Love these guys. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. more

I called in to make an appt to have my AC serviced. When it came to the date and time for my appt they never showed up. When I called, I was told they "could not find my work order". A&H consistently delivers quality service. The staff is the best! I trust them to work in my home, even when I am not there. From the dispatcher to the service man, the whole company is friendly, efficient, and quality-minded. I have used them for repairs for ten years. When I build a new house, they will be on the team for new construction. more

I used to hesitate to call outside of regular work hours when I had a heating/cooling problem. A & H has always encouraged me to call immediately rather than waiting (and suffering). Service is prompt and excellent. Why call anyone else? more

Excellent customer service 7/2/2012

I first called A&H a year ago to have my aging air conditioner serviced for the season. A friend of mine had recommended them. I have been pleased with the service and the cost, and also am glad that plumbing services are offered. I had A&H install a new dishwasher for me last year. From the dispatcher to the technicians, all A&H employees treat me like a long-time customer even though I am a fairly new one. I trust this company and have recommended A&H to my friends. more

My experience goes back several years with A&H for my rental properties in the city of Wellsville. They are very prompt, efficient, and willing to explain things to me about what's wrong. I've been very satisfied with their service. It's a combination of willingness to help, as well as expert workers, and reasonable prices. I'm quite willing to endorse A&H and their Baldwin City office. A & H Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing has put in a garbage disposal, an air conditioning unit, a furnace, a hot water heater, and a sub pump for us at different times. We have been very pleased with their work. We have been using A & H Air Conditioning for at least 8 years. We established a working relationship with them. They know the house and know us, and we know them. I feel like the men who come are always good and considerate. They are not sloppy about their work. It may be muddy, but they won't track it through the house, and they are good about cleaning up everything. more

Owners Bill Harmon and Alan Wright have combined over 56 years of experience in installation and service of HVAC equipment. Together, they have built a team of professionals in the fields of plumbing, heating and air conditioning, many with over 20 years of experience.The owners have been best friends since 8th grade, graduated Jr High and High School together and roomed together at college. Their families have grown up together. They started the business in October 1999 as a small HVAC shop and built the current company adding Plumbing services that now has 18 trucks out and about.
