I have worked at nursing homes in the past. As a family member of a patient, I found this facility to be a disappointment. Firstly, they are unorganized and have no systems to manage paperwork. You may have to call them 20 times to even get a response. Your best bet is just to show up unannounced. They dont manage records properly and they just show an overall lack of care and concern for some of their patients. When your family members get older they need to be around people who are patient. compassionate and who won't give up on them and toss them to the side. If you have a perfect patient they may do alright. Otherwise, be careful
