Dear Mariah and All Readers:
I would like to address the review written by Mariah H. on 9/17/09. If your review was written due to a men's cut that was scheduled on 9/17, and then subsequently canceled, I would first like to apologize for any inconvenience that was caused. l would also like to offer, not an excuse, but rather, an explanation. That particular day I was not scheduled into the salon until 2 pm. Our receptionist was unclear on that fact and so errantly booked the service. When he realized his error, he immediately called wanting to reschedule the appointment. This miscommunication is not indicative of the manner in which we do business and has been addressed by the salon manager. Again, I would like to offer my apologies for any inconvenience and/or frustration that resulted.
My hope is that you will give me and our salon a second chance to give you excellent customer service.
