Please stay away - these criminals stole over $1000 in fraudulent credit card charges six months after I put a deposit down on their services. What's more is that they showed up an hour late to pick us up and they showed up drunk weaving all over the road. He posed as “Ivan Fernando Castellon” for me as well a retired, purple heart veteran and small business owner. When they arrived they also had signage all over the vehicles for Rick's Cabaret (very embarrassing for me in front of my guests). He has also opened several businesses under the guise of Sarge Xavier. \r \r I have a police report out with the Austin Police Department now if he has done this to you please let them know that there are several outstanding reports against him and his business. He is operating under this address which is apparently another business all together - 1000 Gattis School Rd Round Rock, TX 78664. I have seen other complaints about drinking and driving as well. more

I just wanted to clarify the identity of this individual is Ivan Fernando Castellon and he has been assuming his five year old son’s name, Xavier, in his unlicensed business and on facebook. I filed a police report two days ago with the Austin Police Department (APD) for identity theft on November 20th and I gave his real identifying information. \r His google page states his real name and contact information at google plus.\r He also poses as a traveling notary. Go to the state of texas notary search and look for “Ivan Fernando Castellon”\r He has solicited money for abused children under my son’s name. Go to Tabumarketing facebook page and search for Sarge Xavier.\r He has more troubling complaints by his former employer about drinking and driving, stealing, and harassing customers. Go to Austin.listlux and sear for “sarge” or “650 -0062”\r There is a BBB complaint with my sons name as the owner of A fair fare taxi service. Go to the Bureau for Better Business and do a search in 78664 for “a fair fare taxi service”.\r To file a report with the Round Rock Police Department where his business is based, first call 512 218 -5500 to have an officer take the report. \r more

I live in Illinois and my 60-year-old mother was in a bind in Round Rock, TX. She needed to get to the airport so I called a few taxi services and A Fair Fare Taxi was supposed to be one of the least expensive. I called the business number (512) 650 -0062 and a man told me at the time that their credit card machine was down so I gave him my Credit Card information to charge my card when it was working again. The total was $49 and I left a $6 tip to make it an even $55 but they charged my card $59 later that day and another $59 the following day. I got ahold of the company once I realized these inaccurate charges and politely asked them to refund one of the charges for $59, they could keep the $10 tip from the other charge. The owner apologized and asked me for my credit card information again so he can give to the merchant to refund the funds. The following day the taxi company charged my card for $671.15 and then again a few days later for $811 under their company name. A Fair Taxi located at 370 Gattis School Rd in Round Rock, Tx. is a scam and running a fraudulent business. Unfortunately after the thieves racked up a bill for me of $1546.15 in fraudulent charges is when I began my investigation on them. There are other reviews of these men showing up late and drunk to customer’s requests for service and stealing credit card information. Do not use these criminals they are not running an integrity transport company. They set up a website that is a knock off of Taxi ADZ to fool you! more

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!!\r DO NOT do business with them. They aren't running a ""business"" they are running a scam and that's all. I booked them for a wedding because they claim to offer limo services. They took my credit card for a deposit and then charged it again two weeks later for a lot more than what I owed them and wouldn't return the funds. Ivan agreed to meet me in the parking lot to return the money and only showed up with a part of what we had agreed on. Then proceeded to get out of his vehicle and put his hands in my fiances face and starting yelling and cursing at both of us. Then he was scheduled to meet me again for the remainder of the balance he owed me and never showed up. I waited for him for 2 hours. No call no show. He also states he has a contract that we agreed on which he never emailed to me as he said he would and has yet to provide one. I have had to file a complaint with the BBB and a police report for credit card fraud. Not something you will want to deal with, trust me! more
