I loved this company at first but they quickly disappointed after tried to hire them a second time. Honestly I think they grew too fast and couldn't handle the business, which I get, except that they gave me a series of bad experiences starting with last minute notices or just plane showing up, never answering or returning phone calls, not showing up for months and then showing up every month, and sending bills when they have a credit card on file. Here's how it went down: 1- they do a good clean-up & offer to give me a discount for keeping a credit card on file for quarterly maintenance, which I do. 2- I call & leave a message several times to schedule a second clean-up & they never call back so I find someone else. 3- they randomly call at the last minute three months later, it's too short of notice for me to make sure the gate is open for them to get in so I call them back & leave a message but they never call back. 4- I get a bill for fertilization so I assumed they must have figured a way in the yard, I don't pay the bill because they have the credit card on file & I don't want to pay twice, & since they don't answer calls figured they will call me if there's a problem 5- they just show up one month later and #4 is repeated & #5 is repeated. 6- occasionally I get bills & I try calling them but get no answer, or I do but the person I need to talk to isn't there and no one returns my calls. 7- they threaten to ?send me to collections which will result in a lean against my house? if I don't pay. 8- I return the call, get voice mail, and cancel all future services. A check is in the mail, but it won't get there until after Christmas.
