First, let me say it's nice to see the studio doing so well. The owner continues to maintain the equipment and keeps the studio in tip-top shape. There is always a receptionist ...

trainers are great but the business is run very poorly 2/27/2008

It is clear that the woman who owns this business has little or no customer service experience. She struggles to constantly come up with gimmicks to bring in clients without realizing the effect they have on current clients. Maybe she thinks that marketing is the only way to run a business and Not customer satisfaction.\r \r Every trainer I have had has been great! but lady please....figure out what kind of business you want to run and understand what you clients are there for! Your clients only want the best workout experience. They don't care about all of the other stuff and they don't want to fee taken advantage of! Pros: the trainers Cons: the owner more

GREAT PRICES! 9/20/2007

I've tried Pilates all over LV and this place rocks! Really great instruction and great location. Offers something for everybody and the prices are very competitive. I stopped doing Pilates for a while b/c it got expensive at other places. This place has the Reformer Classes that are small and very well priced. Less expensive than the gym prices and WAY BETTER instruction. Started with Privates sessions and now add in some Reformer Classes. Even got 10% off on a Fall Special they are running. Pros: Very classy studio, easy parking, greet you with a smile and helpful receptionist Cons: Wish classes could be more than one hour more

Warm, friendly atomosphere 5/3/2007

What a wonderful workout! I can see why this is ALL the rage. Checked out several places before choosing A Body In Balance. This place has very competitive pricing and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Found a few other studios very ""snobbish"" --didn't feel like I fit in or could sweat because they were a little too ""pristine""! I might live in the Summerlin area, but I don't necessarily want a ""Summerlin Attitiude"" where I choose to work out. Feeling welcome is important to me. People here are down to earth, and took time with a ""newbie."" more

Lives up to all the previous reviews! 4/26/2007

Pilates has been something I've wanted to try for a long time. Many places were intimidating for a beginner except for A Body In Balance. I found their staff friendly, helpful and teachers really took their time explaining things on my level. SO gald I found this place and intend to tell my family and friends. more

Great atmosphere and perfect location! 4/25/2007

Tried several places for Pilates and Yoga here in the valley. Really enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and staff at this studio. Able to do whatever works for me and my schedule. Their Monthly Plans are a great way to save money. more

Elegance, style and surprisingly affordable in Summerlin 4/1/2007

Looking for a place to do Pilates and some Yoga. Really like the atmosphere and staff. Attended their anniversary celebration...PURE CLASS..all the way! Been in town a short few month and visited many studios. This one definately stands out. Good pricing and great location right next to Martini Bar! How fun will that be? more

Upscale Pilates studio with friendly atmosphere! 3/3/2007

What a GREAT place! So close to everything (across from Boca Park and behind Mimi's Cafe). They have it all--Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training all in one place. Their staff is knowledgable and friendly. I'd always wanted to try Pilates but thought it was for the rich and snobbish. Not true girls (and boys!) I signed up for one of their plans & pay less that what they wanted to charge me at a ""gym"" for Pilates. I checked out several places in town before signing up. Can't beat their location and prices. My husband is signing up! Pros: Great location, offer Pilates and other things in same place, competitive pricing more
