At first I was very surprised to see such an extensive variety of nice model cars on their web site. Good prices and low miles. My first red flag should have been when I called about a Mercedes they were offering and asked if they would provide a car fax. The girl told me that they didn't do that and I would have to get it on my own. So any way I make an appointment. I drove from RI two and a half hours on a Sunday to meet a guy named Mark. When we arrived we were not greeted and we basically had to start asking question to initiate an interaction. A guy in the middle desk ""manager"" asked a girl across the room to help us. She made us wait for her to finish her beer she was drinking at her desk. We then followed her about a mile down the road to a dusty gravel filled lot where most of the inventory was kept.
The car had many dings scratches and poor body work done to it. It was painted terribly and had obviously been in an accident. Clever camera angles of the pictures made it impossible to see any damage. The description listed was also miss-leading. After that we were told to look around and call the office if we saw something else we liked because she had an appointment with a couple from New York.
We looked around and soon realized the trend of damage through-out the lot. Every car seemed to have some major paint or interior damage. Unorganized, unhelpful, and junk inventory are the things that come to mind when I think about a better way auto.
