This is the worst possible place you can buy a vehicle. Very rude and unprofessional people. Do not believe anything they say. They promise you one thing and once you hand over that $1,000 deposit you're screwed. Don't believe all these positive one line comments posted below. They are all coming from someone who works at A Better Way. Check the Better Business bureau and you will see all the complaints. I am amazed this place hasn't been shut down by the state. more

Great Place to Buy a Car! 3/28/2012

Back in November 2011 I bought a 07 Mercedes Benz E63AMG with 48,000 miles on it. I paid $10,000 less then what the car is worth. My sales rep Art was honest and very easy to work with. Not pushy at all. Ken upstairs in finance is a great guy too. I got a bumper to bumper 100,000 mile warrenty and lifetime oil changes. I had a $1500 steering issue with the car that they fixed at no charge. I would recommend this place to anyone. Oh and to all you nit wits writing bad reviews keep in mind its a wholesale used car dealership. If your buying a $4000 car and excpecting it to run like a brand new car then something is wrong with you. I will def buy another car from these guys! Oh and I'm not an employee. more

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED 1/4/2012

In my opinion, the worst dealership ever! Terrible customer service, all they do is lie! And now I have to go out of my way to get my cash deposit back from them at midnight after work in the form of a check because they just ""dont have it right now"" the guy in charge is away. Also, what I find is funny is all of the positive reviews I've read on any review website ARE ALL THE SAME! Funny how employees can write positive reviews on a terrible place! Go to the Better Business Bureau and see all of their actual reviews. ALL negative reviews, and there's a LOT of them! more

I can't thank you enough for everything, it was a pleasure meeting you and it was so nice of you to not only take me later than normal, but for all the extras that came with the oil change. (I was so surprised when you told me my car would be washed and vacuumed!) I was so happy with the service I received, just like every other time I've been there.
