Jason and Rob with A-best were prompt, courteous and very professional. They took extra steps to make our new system as efficent and reliable as possible. They made sure everything worked perfectly and took the time to explain every step in the process. Kenny, Jason and Rob delivered everything they promised and more. Our technicians Shane Ray and James Thompson were honest and did a very thorough inspection. They understood that we were on a budget and explained all the options that we had. If it were not for them pointing out that our furnace was a fire hazard and that our ac was rusted, we would not have purchased a system. Eventually we would have been out of a lot more money. Our installation/repair guys, Rob Carter and Jason Geddis, did a beautiful job. They made sure that everything was done the right way, they cleaned up the debris, and hauled off the old unit. It was very cold outside but they maintained a very professional, happy, and friendly attitude and even played with the kids! Rob and Jason are great guys and because of the way they took care of us, my business stays with this company! Thank You Very Much and God Bless!!! more

A Best is the best! 2/19/2014

Repairman Shane inspected the furnace at my Mom's home on 12-24-13, and he arrived on time with a smile and a friendly handshake. He determined the problem quickly. He was friendly and courteous which was very nice the day before Christmas. more

Service members speak Spanish which is a huge plus. The gentleman that came for the service call know their business explained in detail the pros and cons of what they can do giving the customer options. Good service overall will recommend. more

The service was wonderful and they answered all the questions I had for them while they were here. They also returned phone calls very promptly back. When needed service they were here within a couple of days from the phone calls. more

Prompt service, friendly staff, followed up on service 12/12/2013

This was my first time dealing with A Best Air and Heat. My unit went out and they were able to get service to me in a very timely manner. The people I dealt with were friendly, professional and considerate. They followed up on the work to see if I was satisfied and to see there was anything I needed. They informed me of the rebates that I was qualified for and even gave me the paperwork to send in. I would recommend them for any heating and air needs. more
