These people are really great! Excellent customer service, quality, preservation packaging and followup. They spend a lot of time with you and give you a lot of written materials and take the time to make sure you understand all of their processes. Really nice and a wonderful place to deal with. AWESOME QUALITY AND GREAT PROPLE! My wedding gown and the preservation packaging is beautiful. Jessie, the lady who waited on me was nice, knowledgeable, and did not try to charge me more or sell me what was not needed. The only reason I took a star away is because they have short hours and not open on weekends, but...it was worth working around that. Compared to the other companies I contacted they were great: honest, and do the work themselves. more

AWESOME SERVICE! Great people to deal with. Very fair and not overbearing like the other bridal gown cleaners I went to. They showed me all of the options they offered and let me choose what I felt I needed. The lady who waited on me even told me when I really didn't need something that I was willing to pay for. Such honesty is rare anymore. It was nice to go somewhere that was concerned about me, and not just looking for a quick buck! I'll go back for their leather cleaning! more

BEAUTIFUL BRIDAL GOWN PRESERVATION PACKAGING! 12/22/2011

Just one of the nicest experiences I have ever had. The people were great, did not try to make me buy more than I needed, and made sure that I was really happy when I got my gown back. Ask for Jessica. She is a pro, and really nice. more

Wedding Gown Cleaning at it's Best 11/7/2011

AWESOME! I had my wedding gown cleaned and preserved there. It was filthy and looked like new when I inspected it prior to preservation. (the bridal shops did not offer me that option). The price was fair...the service above expectation. more

I checked out all the others, I think! These people had great prices and let me choose just what I needed. There was no pressure like at David's or D'anellis. Their packaging is nicer and less expensive and they do the work right there, not through the postal service. Do not go anywhere else! more

You know, these guys are really nice. We'll go back. We went there for their low leather cleaning prices, which they do well and returned because they have great drycleaning and good prices. Pros: LOW PRICES/FREE SHIPPING/FRONT RANGE PICK UP & DELIVERY more
