When scheduling appointment, installer requested address & contact info txt to his cell phone as opposed to writing it down like any other service company would.
Appointment time came and went, and when I called installer to see if there was a problem, installer claimed to not receive txt message, although I verified correct phone number in txt outbox and could only assume message was transmitted correctly.
Installer never tried to call customer to inform of not getting txt message, ask for address information, or reschedule appointment.
When installer was contacted 3hrs after appontment time, he insinuated it was customer responisbility to track him down if he failed to arrive as scheduled.
