Tony was a nice guy but beware of their website's claim of ""Most Appliance Repairs are under $100.00."" Charged $360 for a part that they sell on their part finder site for $148. Over $200 for a 5 minute installation seems a bit excessive to me so check out the parts online before giving them a check. Even with paying the $45 service call, you'll be way ahead of the game in the end. Customer Service when making my inquiry regarding the price was poor at best so we will not be calling these guys again for any additional appliance repairs that we may need. more

Worst and Most HARASSING Sevice EVER 7/9/2011

I had this guy come out to give me an estimate on my washer and stove. He got my washer on the first visit, but my stove took a total of 4 and he never fixed it. Laughed while he told me I needed a new stove. Had me pay an $80 deposit on a part that didn't fix my stove, but told me I would receive a $40 refund (that was the good news to his laughing and telling me I needed a new stove). Then to make matters even WORSE....3 weeks later, calls me on a SATURDAY NIGHT at 8:55 pm to ARGUE my issue with him of the $40 he told me he would give me back (after it took him less than 24 hours to cash the $80 deposit check I gave him). If I do not recieve the check for the $40.00 within the next week, I am calling the Better Business Bureau. I cannot believe this guy is allowed to continue his business when he is nothing but a liar. more

A Appliance Repair was quick to respond and did so very professionally. My garbage disposal was acting up and they came out and fixed it the same day I called! I live in New Tampa and I will recommend this buisness to anyone needing assistance with their appliances. It's so nice to have kind and knowledgable people to help you out! They also called to tell me they were on their way...which is was really helpful due to my busy schedule. They made it easy. Thanks so much for the wonderful service A Appliance! more

Tony was AWESOME 9/29/2010

I called Tony because my wife said the dryer was on the blink. A friend of mine recommened A Appliance so I called Tony came by and knew what was wrong right away, he explained to me that the vent was clogged. Not let me charge these people for something they don't need or don't want, he cleared the clogged vent and it worked like normal.......... The cost for this $35 and I was happy to pay it. Cost for a NEW DRYER $500-600. Tony you have a client for life.......... more

Fast Good appliance repair service 7/30/2010

hi my name is Bill i live in wesley chapel, fl I called another local appliance repair company they told me they would be out well they never came out then i found A Appliance Repair & Service they picked up the phone within 10 mins they gave me my set time of when the person would be out to look at my stove. the appliance repair tech got to my home on-time checked my stove out told me what the problem was and went out to the van got my part and repaired my appliance. The best service that I have ever had come out to my home the price was good my appliance has not worked this good in over 1 year they are a must use appliance repair company the appliance repair tech that came to my home his name was Tony very nice and to the point.
