$9.99 Carpet Cleaners

We recently moved to Marine Corps base housing and out from the Yacht Club Terrace in Kaneohe. When looking online for carpet cleaning services it came down to this one and two others. Honestly, we just wanted to make sure it was done right the first time and cheap, but the other two higher priced had quoted a guarantee. So we were kind of skeptical to go with $9.99 Carpet Cleaners because we were worried about the quality of their work for such a low price. Couldn't be more impressed, I appreciate the level of professionalism these guys had. Ryan was prompt and courteous and eager to get the job done, he was informative and personable. It was refreshing to hear our concerns clearly understood and they completely delivered since they even cleaned 3yr old candle wax stain from the previous renters before us. I believe we got the best service for the cheapest price, it wasn't exactly what we we're quoted over the phone for our 1600 sq/ft condo, but every stain and problem area we had was completely removed, and to our surprise, with a guarantee. If we don't pass our inspection, they'll come back to fix it whatever it is no questions asked, but I don't think we'll need it. Great job guys! more

Ryan was not only on time (not Hawaiian time!!) but he called 15 minutes beforehand to let me know when to expect him. He was courteous and professorial. Assessed my carpets and told me the exact cost upfront (very competitive pricing). 45 minutes later he was done and my carpet never looked better. I was so pleased .They really came through for me. more

Very friendly service and my carpet now looks great! I had many pet stains all over, causing the carpet to not only look bad but smell bad too. It looks great now and i would definitely ask them to come back if i needed it again. more

The technician that showed was very polite to my wife and myself, he also showed up dressed like he was a professional. Overall the job done was satisfactory, however their was a slight misunderstanding with the quote and the overall price. Ultimately we appreciated the job that was done. more

Bill from the $9.99 Carpet Cleaners was very professional and courtesy. They came on time and went thourgh the estimate with through explanations before the actual procedures and they were quick and prompt. I actually had to call them back to do some missing parts that night hoping they can come back sooner, and they were beyond my expectations, came back right next day and did excellent and extra job for me.
