After living here for 5 years, I decided I can not tolerate the phsychotic behavior of Jan the landlord any more. She will ask you questions about your private life, she has made comments about my comings and goings based on whether my car was parked in it's spot overnight. She lets her cats run freely around the entire building, and I'm terribly allergic.
Then there are the late night knocks on the door, where she just wants to chat, or accosting you in the public areas to talk about things that are private.
She also has a temper. She has no problem getting very angry, and sometimes yelling. I have never broken a rule, or been late with the rent, so I can't imagine what would happen if that were the case.
Maintenance is always entering your apartment while you are not there, and the repairs are never finished on the first day, and are second rate.
Do not live here, you will be disappointed.

Cons: The landlord is crazy
