terrible service you do not get what you are told you will recieve when the pet i got from here died 3 months after i got it without the certificate of health that was stated that i was supposed to get not only that i was treated terribly over the phone when i had called to inform them of this happening i was treated with disrespect and insult i will never return to this place again and i will make sure that others do not for the terrible inconvinience that i had to suffer that noone should have to go through and i sure dont want anyone else to but they dont seem to care in the slightest my pet was very well cared for with hours spent daily making anything that i could to make a better quality of life for my wonderful pet that i loved so much and after that to only be treated with malcontent insult and arrogance this place is not worth any pet lovers time so please if youve ever had a pet loss do not go here because they will not care and only make you feel worse about the situation so much for their "number one goal" customer satisfaction more

HORRIBLE!! 5/8/2011

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!!! Brought my dog on 5/7/11 and they LOST MY DOG while they were grooming him. Thankfully I was able to find him but I will never bring him there again and suggest no one else does as well. Also, we were told to bring him in at noon and when we called at 4 he was still not done, then they called at 430 to let me know he got out. IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!! more

This is a nice place for pet products and grooming needs. They have most supplies of anything animal related and the staff is helpful in giving good product offers. They have gourmet animal food products and at low prices, with pet supplies that are not sold at the supermarkets in the area. more
