Great Venue in SoHo 3/10/2011

I attended the Y-3 Autumn Show at this space in mid February and cannot say enough good things about it. It's a true gem of a venue in SoHo. Great layout and views. I absolutely loved the exposed brick (very chic). The staff was very attentive and the show was flawless. I'm happy that I'm now aware of this venue and would definitely use for our future events. more

Best Event Venue in NYC 3/10/2011

I've held several shows at 82 mercer. The space is absolutely gorgeous, centrally located and easily accessible. \r \r The best part is the team: what a delight to work with! In 10 years of event planning I've never worked with a friendlier, more attentive, helpful and fun team.\r \r Highest reccomendation possible!\r \r more

Gorgeous venue, amazing management 3/10/2011

This venue is absolutely beautiful, in one of the best neighborhoods in NYC and the management team is a dream to work with. I have only had wonderful experiences holding shows here. more

Best Tradeshow Venue in NYC 1/3/2011

I was at 82Mercer for the Project trade show as a vendor and for the Rag and Bone runway show as a guest. This is the best venue for a trade show in NYC. Most venue's are cold and lack character, not this one, it's welcoming, warm and trendy. The location is also a plus, it's next to all subway lines, which makes it easy for vendors and buyers to get to. The staff is also extremely helpful when moving in for setup, our rolling cases full of garments weigh almost as much as we do! I was really happy when I saw that Project had announced they were returning for another season. Hopefully I can get another invite to the Rag and Bone show! more

  • A SoHo landmark building, 82 Mercer is now a dedicated event space which recently hosted Project global trade show, Chanel Soho Club and the Whitney Art Party. The two spaces, street level & second floor, were fully renovated and now comprise a total 50,000 sq ft. After extensive renovations, 82 Mercer still retains its original 19th century details, like cast-iron columns, 14-ft ceilings, hardwood floors, and brick archways. The loft-style windows provide plenty of natural light and views of Broadway and Mercer Street. An upper-level 4,500-sq ft glass atrium has an adjacent two-story terrace. Designed for easy access, the venue has entrances on Broadway and Mercer St. Technical specifications: 1,800-amp electrical supply, flexible track lighting, fluorescent lighting, JBL Pro sound system, WiFi throughout. We hold appointments in our office located at 503-511 Broadway in the penthouse.
