Though slightly overpriced, I think it's warranted by the attention to customer care. I recently had a problem in which an item I bought broke, by no fault of mine, and had brought it to management's attention. The only female manager there came off as pretty rude but I would instead highly commend the higher ups (over her) who demonstrated exemplary service in their handling of customer issues. I was very pleased at the end of the ordeal, considering I never want to go through anything like that again, but I would definitely go back.
Also, VERY convenient location. I'd definitely recommend bringing your own canvas bag though as theirs, for some reason, are thin and tear easily. Kudos to higher management here, they really care about their customers.
