I was pricing around for a drop down monitor and two headrest screen with a DVD player for my Escalade, 702 Motoring was the only shop in town with all the product in stock, and was even able to install it the same day. Wow! That's all I can say, I am very impressed and happy. I highly recommend this place. more

I have a 2011 Mercedes and I was trying to allow my I-Pod to work off of my factory radio, the dealership said they could not do it, I went to Best Buy, Vegas Sound and Audio Express, everyone said it could not be done or the car was to new, I was frustrated, my boyfriend said to go to 702 Motoring as that is were he gets all his work done, so I called and spoke to Eric, he said it would not be a problem and if I wanted to come down right know he could actually show me how it works in a 2011 Mercedes as they were doing it on a vehicle right know, so I went down saw how easy it worked, and a hour later I was done, I still cant believe how everyone said it could not be done, Thanks 702 Motoring, I highly recommend this business to anyone. As the Owner of 702 MOTORING I take customer complaints and unhappiness seriously- On this customer I priced matched a Jensen Double Din radio and offered ""Free Installation"" after the radio was installed the customer got upset due to the fact he was unable to watch a movie while he drives his vehicle then started to complain about everything he could think of, starting with were his USB cord was mounted and the screw holes that were required to install the mount, this USB was put in the ""EXACT"" spot that he pointed to, he also complains about a week GPS signal as he travels through the Arizona Canyons, this is a normal condition that occurs around large objects and is not a cause of faulty equipment or installation, Basically this customer is upset because 702 MOTORING REFUSES TO BREAK THE LAW, this customer was explained to in advance and even signed the sales receipt that states that 702 MOTORING INSTALLS VIDEO EQUIPMENT IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS. Bojan ""the customer"" wants to watch a movie while he is driving, we refused to install it that way, and he has know created an unethical and untrue complaint to make 702 MOTORING look bad when we did everything possible to keep him happy.. I came in and spoke to Paul, I think he is probably the owner. I was trying to work out a deal on a touchscreen gps unit. He matched the price of a unit from crutchfield, props for that but... He didn't have a unit in stock so he ordered it, it took a WEEk to get it, called them few times about it. When we were talking about the unit I wanted to be specific where to install accessories, mic and such, he said not to worry, they will install it however I wanted and assured me of it. So fine, week later he gets the unit, I bring the car in, and to make sure they install it how I wanted it I bring one of his installers to the car and point to within half inch where to install the usb plug, and was very specific since I saw it will involve drilling. I also asked him to ground the parking brake wire, and he already stars lying, ""Oh it needs a module bla bla"" so i tell him just ground it. An hour later I get a call from Paul ""Hey buddy it will be $35 to install the ""Video-In-Motion bla bla...."" trying to get more money for a 5 second wire grounding thing, where I asked him before I even paid if there is a single extra thing I will have to pay which he said of course not. I was pissed, I told him to stop the install I'd come get the car, so he goes, oh no we don't do refunds and more bla bla, so I had him not ""Install video-in-motion"" lying crap. So I come to get the car, let me tell you I was about to scream! The idiots drilled thru the biggest piece of my dashboard and installed the USB cable there!!!! After I swallowed the fact my dash has been drilled thru, I go to get in the car, I can't even get in my car from all the cords hanging by my pedals, no joke people, wires EVERYWHERE!!! So they take another 15 mins to tuck it up (not to forget, it's been few weeks I had the car taken to another shop to repair the bottom footwell, they broke the tray that holds the bottom of the footwell where they ran the wires and the unit keeps burning out the fuses, they DID NOT EVEN GROUND IT!!), I went in to try it, half the stuff on unit doesn't work! Mic doesn't work, he pulls it out, re-plugs stuff around and gets it working, they installed the gps antenna in headliner, when you drive thru Arizona canyons forget about GPS, signal is ALWAYS weak! Thats that, in SHORT. So if you want your car ruined, drilled thru, unit installed as wrong as it can be this is where you would go. Oh, he did offer to replace the dash part which they drilled, can't even find it, its out of production, and from what I've seen how they install stuff Im scared to take it there, they gonna end up blowing up my air bag! more

First off let me start by I couldn’t help but laugh at the bad reviews some haters gave this place. I am a Vegas native and will say this shop has serviced most of my friends and family’s vehicles when they are looking to add goodies on their rides, including my own.\r \r I also want to point out that in this economy, NO SHOP that doesn’t go ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations WON’T SURVIVE! The fact they have been in Vegas for a long time and continue to shine shows a lot.\r \r I am a person who NEVER drops my name for ANYTHING unless I can guarantee a great job, and anyone I have sent to 702Motoring returns thanking me because they are so happy with the work. I will be bringing my third vehicle to them very soon for some minor audio upgrades (TV, Amps, Sub & New Speakers).\r \r I urge everyone to stay FAR AWAY from amateur shops like Best Buy and Audio Excellence; those places hire high school kids at minimum wage to help with installation. I went to 702 mortoring to buy some electronics called and the owner said yeah we have that. We get there he sells us and it,wasnt even right!! I called and told them we have a return.The guy on the line say sure bring it down.We try to return it and the SON OF BITCH!! say uh no refunds! That makes no sense! I try to get store credit and he wont give me that!! These THEIFS ARE HORRIBLE! I DIDNT EVEN OPEN IT. ITS STILL IN ITS BOX! SO STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THE OWNER ACTS LIKE HES 20! SCAM!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! Do not use this place for anything!! took my money sold me used and broken amplifiers and told me they were new, then when they installed other equipment they took the amps back and nver refunded my money, and now the broken amps they have on display trying to sell them again. They have no idea what theyre doing and the allen owner is a scam artist!! more

What a nice shop with nice people! I am 43 year old car enthusiast, I live mostly in California, but when a friend from Vegas said to check these guys out....WOW! I shopped around at all the big box stores first...its true, there prices are a little cheaper...but I would never trust my new mercedes to a 16yr old working at FRYS! Ironically enough, they said they couldnt work on my car and suggested 702 Motoring. I bought a new stereo, 702 custom built a new dash so it would fit and matched my woodgrain PERFECTLY! Thats when I decided I would listen to their ""other ideas"" They talked me in to wheels and tires smoking my headlights and now, I have the best looking CLS 63 in town!\r High regards to a first class operation! They earned my business and all my friend referrals! Pros: incredible quality excellent customer service! Cons: they are good salespeople and showed me everything i needed! lol more

However, our competition (if they can call themselves that...they will be gone in a few months like the last 200 stores we have seen come and go) wastes time online trying to write bad reviews thinking it makes them look better! We have had our fair share of bad employees, if you have ever been mistreated at 702 Motoring please let me Allen Jenkins (president) know! Ladies STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Totally dishonest, will take complete advantage of your naivity. Kept me waiting for hours and once the work was done I figured out that they had practically double charged me! Terrible! Typical mechanic bullsh*t. Workmanship was terrible too.
