I've been to gyms and classes before, but have never seen results like this. I gained confidence, muscle tone, balance, and friends by going to boot camp a few times a week. In the past, I've had a difficult time making myself go or sticking with it. With Russ and Colleen, I have so much fun, I make it a priority and put other things on the back burner so I can go every week!
Because Russ is now offering a variety of classes, I anticipate more fun! And his nutritional advice has changed many (bad) habits we had at home and offered healthy ideas and ways to improve.
