It is so fresh to see a company that stands by their word. We called them for the whole house carpet cleaning special expecting to pay more than their advertised price. However, it was just the opposite. They cleaned all carpet in our home, removed all spots and deodorized for the exact price quoted on the phone and not a penny more. We are thrilled with their work. The carpet looks and smells new again. We are very pleased with the work they did for us and will be calling them again! more

5 Star is the best: I had a very pleasant experience with them. They were responsive, professional and prompt. I called on Wed, got a call back within 10 minutes, set up an appointment for that Friday and he was right on time. He completed the job quick and efficient, it was a big truck mounted equipment that did a very good job getting out the stains on our carpets. They cleaned my downstairs carpet on 5/3 and I just wanted to say what a wonderful job they did. This is the best carpet cleaning that I have had done in years. I have berber which is incredibly difficult to clean, but they did a fantastic job! I had friends over for dinner a few nights ago and one of them thought I had new carpet. BBB processed a total of 2 complaints about 5 Star Carpet Cleaning in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total of 2 complaints closed in 36 months, 1 was closed in the last year. Service Issues Resolved 1 - Company addressed the complaint issues. The consumer failed to acknowledge acceptance to BBB. No Response 1 - Company failed to respond to BBB to resolve or address the complaint issues. As you can see 5 Star Clean may not be your best choice for quality carpet cleaning. Go with a company that has a totally clean record of zero complaints. It is best to be well informed ahead of time instead of finding out about problems after the fact and then getting no response from a company like 5 star clean. more

5 Star Carpet Cleaning did such a good job on our carpets and I couldn't believe the price, I got the entire house done for only $189.00 and the carpet looked like new again. Very nice guys. Sandy more
