Good location 1/18/2010

1/31/2010...update!!!! This time the stinky mop smell was gone, the service was great (good job Alex) and the food was very tasty. The fish tacos were yummy and the sweet potatoes fries outstanding. I will go back 'cause between the yummy food and the good beer, this is a fun place to hang out!!! 1/18/2010 Walked in, the place reeked like old and very dirty dish water. Just a bit of an assault to the senses. It had also been raining and it appeared that there was some sort of leak in the foyer. Traffic cones were pretty unattractive. Get out a mop for crying out loud. Went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was dead but I can imagine that on a busy night it's really noisy. They had a great and kind of unusual selection of home brews. Refreshing to see someone taking a chance. Food was better than I expected particularly the clam po' boy, cole slaw and potato salad. Did have to wait a bit for the food which seemed odd considering there were about 15 people there and this place is pretty big. If these people fixed whatever the problem was in the foyer and the really nasty smell, I'd go back for sure. Pros: Food darn good Cons: They fixed this...Overpowering bad smell and slow service more

Trendy Location, Tasty food! 7/26/2009

This place is pretty cool. I went here on a whim (and recommendation from my nail salon Nouvelle which is right across the street). My friend and I had a late lunch on the patio. I had the pork ribs with a side of sweet potato fries. I really enjoyed the house made bbq sauce and the coco-butter that came with fries. The food was definitely fresh and our waiter, Jesse, was knowledgeable, helpful, curteous and friendly. Im sure I'll be back whenever Im in the neighbourhood. Pros: All organic food. interesting menu, affordability Cons: None (That I have discovered yet) more

SLOWWW FOODs 6/30/2009

The food at this westside location is very good. The organic offerings are mixed in interesting combinations and are usually delicious. The interior is slick but a little bit loud due to all the metal surfaces. The outdoor dining is nice with the deep porch. We've been twice and both times the service was pretty slow. Takes the ""slow food"" concept in a direction that may be unintended. Pros: Organic Fare, Unique Creations Cons: Very slow service more
