Love the new menu items! 10/20/2009

I had to write a quick shout out for the new menu items...I love the ""steak salad"" . Great mix of flavors! And the new happy hour snacks are yummy too. We started off with the cheese sticks and loved them! Still a huge fan of the fish and chips though. Talking about it is making me hungry! more

great pizza and drinks!! 10/7/2009

We went and had pizza and drinks at 4th Street tonight. Great place!! Great ambiance, great staff, great food. We had a great time! The only thing we were disappointed about was that because we used a clipper $5.00 off coupon, we were automatically billed a ""large party"" gratuity = 20%. I've never had a restaurant charge me a ""large party"" gratuity just for using a coupon???......a $5.00 off coupon at that???? I typically tip around 15% - 20% anyway, but don't think it's right that a restaurant like this makes it a mandatory 20% gratuity just for using a simple coupon? We wanted to make this our ""new place to hang out"" but may be looking elsewhere. Sorry 4th Street, wanted to give you 5 stars but the coupon thing kind of jaded our experience. My new favorite place! 8/19/2009

4th Street has it all...great atmosphere, great food, excellent bear and reasonable prices. It's great for drinks in the bar and even good for families in the dining room. Lots of great specials too. This is exactly the kind of place Gresham has been lacking. Keep it up, don't change a thing! Pros: Great Atmosphere, Excellent Beer. Cons: No complaints. more

Now this is MY kind of place! 8/11/2009

I was really struck how beautiful the building was when I walked in - great ambiance - even the bathrooms are gorgeous. I came for their happy hour and had a very decent-sized yummy pizza for only $4.95 and one of their seasonal beers called Little White Lie, a Belgian style beer - great light orange and spice flavors. Our waitress was very friendly, super prompt, and chatted with us about our beer preferences - she seemed very knowledgeable. Am glad I don't live too far from this place - looking forward to trying out more of their menu and beers soon. Pros: Great service, great beer, great happy hour more

great place to spend a Sunday afternoon 8/9/2009

Stopped by after the Gresham criterion for a beer at 4th street brewing - hadn't been out that way before and was very glad I stopped by. Bartender and server were extremely friendly and attentive and food was great - plus they had happy hour prices all day, big bonus. I had the spinach dip and the pork sliders along with a Belgian Wit and a B.A. Baracus - all wonderful. Couldn't believe how affordable it all was - will definitely be back! Plus the bartender told us that growlers are half price all day Sunday - only $6 to fill a growler! Will be driving back from SE Portland to visit 4th Street Brewing for that price. All show and no class. 7/26/2009

I was referred to this pub by a co-worker, I called and they told me that I can't make a reservation so I grabbed the miss's and went down, when I went inside the place looked very nice; big screens, the whole nine. I've been in Gresham now for about 3 years and never went to the Main Street Brewery, I thought this could be a nice place to take my wife for a nice dinner with out having to drive all the way into Portland. Great place all around! 3/29/2009

This is our new favorite place in Gresham! Wonderful upscale atmosphere yet still friendly and warm. Casual, but nice. The bar area is our favorite, with lots of open table seating, many flat screen TVs with various sports and shows playing, lots of different brews on tap, etc. The menu is yummy too! Their fries are wonderful, and soups are homemade. Burgers are really great, as is pizza, sandwiches, etc. Actually, I haven't had anything yet that wasn't good! I had a great. Experience with party and the Events Coordinator. She was very thorough and on the ball through the entire process. The food was great and the beer was awesome. I would recommend scheduling your next event here. Great job 4th St! more

Best place to throw a Party in Gresham! 3/2/2009

We had the best time at a party that was thrown upstairs at 4th Street Brewing Co. The food was great! The staff was great!~ The place is amazing. It was so nice not to have to drive downtown to enjoy an environment like this. The gal that was in charge of the party took care of everything and was really making sure that everyone was taken care of. What a great find. I will definitely spread the word and book my own party. Good job 4th Street and good job to the events coordinator! Pros: They do all the work for you, and take care of set up and clean up! more

Fantastic beer and food - great place to hang w/friends 2/25/2009

As I've been trying to visit all the breweries in town, I recently found out about 4th Street Brewing - so I dropped by last week for a couple beers. I had their Farmhouse Ale and their Powell Porter, both excellent. Will definitely go back and try the others as according to my server they change their seasonal selections often. The place looks brand new - great ambiance - the server and the bartender were friendly and attentive. It got pretty full while my friend and I were there in the bar but the server kept a great eye on us I so we felt taken care of. Had their sausage platter which went great with the Porter - was very impressed with the food - you can tell they take pride in what they serve. Will definitely be back! Nice place in east county 2/10/2009

We went to a party at 4th Street and it went ok. The food was great the service was awesome. The party coordinator was also our bartender, so when we needed things we had to wait until she was not busy at the bar. My suggestion would be have a different bartender so the coordinator is actually able to take care of the party guests needs. We are planning a party later this spring but I will ask in advance if the coordinator is going to be available for the party or not before I book it here. The point of having a 'coordinator' is having someone to coordinate. As a person planning a party, I count on that person to be available for my party. Pros: nice and clean - friendly staff - i did not ask about tours, but brewery looks VERY NICE!! Cons: It gets warm upstairs and the elevator was off when we arrived more

best beer in east county! SKIP THE CHAIN RESTAURANTS!!! 2/9/2009

My service club meets at 4th street every week, and Courtney takes great care of our group of 30+/- in a private glassed in room upstairs. I recommend the Mandarin Chicken Salad, but I also like the pizza and the fries smell good (I steal them from a friends plate, I admit it). I like to come early for the meeting so I can sit and have a pint of porter or seasonal ale in the main bar downstairs. If you are new to craft beer, ask the bartender to help you make a choice or taste a sample. Pros: easy to park or take public transit/ride bike...rotating seasonals...fresh food more

4th Street Brewing offers a dynamite place for meetings. The room upstairs is perfect for gatherings and also has technology to help you communicate with your group! We held our ""Pints & Policy"" event there and it was the perfect venue....the food was delicious, the beer was tasty and the service was impeccable. What a great place to have an event!! 2/9/2009

I have had an event at this restaurant and thought that the entire event went off smoothly. When I first met the Events Coordinator I was extremely impressed on how she handled herself and how professional she was. She listened to me, was very thorough in getting the necessary information and was just a positive person to be around. The event itself went over without any mistakes, the food was great, and the beer was awesome. I without a doubt would recommend this venue for your next party, event or happy hour. more

Fantastic atmosphere 2/8/2009

This is the type of place we needed in Gresham,I went there with friends last night that were from out of town and they thought the place was fantastic.The food was great and the service amazing,the people at 4th street brewing are so nice and accommodating,after the tour of the place I booked a party and Faith Camp is fabulous she worked out the details in no time,I know it will be a wonderful party. I had dinner at the 4th street brewing in Gresham last night and had the best time that I have had for a long time.My dad told me about the place and he was so right the food was great and the people they are so nice and helpful after being there for a while and seeing the place I asked the waiter who I would talk to about having a party there and he said he would have someone to talk to me about it and within a minute I was talking to the party planner.Faith had me set up in about 30 minutes and gave so many great suggestions for my party,I would recommend anyone to go to the 4th street brewing in Gresham. Great Christmas Party 2/6/2009

My company had it's annual Christmas Party at the new 4th street. It is a large company and we had many families attend. The party planner took great care of us working with us weeks before the party. She made choices like decorating, the menu, the bar and our ever expanding guest list simple. She basically took care of everything. We had both party rooms to hold our big number and as I said many families. In the smaller room she put on a Christmas movie for the kids and they loved it. It was so nice to have the kids able to enjoy the party with their own things to do as us adults mingled. The party planner was also our bartender as well as keeping us happy, she did everything, and her staff helped so much. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to more occasions there as well. I know, I myself and other family are planning special events there already! Thanks so much to the party planner and 4th street for everything. Pros: Easy to plan a party, helpful and great atmosphere. more

I would just like to say that if you need a party planner,look no further, Faith is the best.She planned a party for me and it was great.I will have her plan all my parties from now on.The 4th street brewing I can't say enough ,great food,great service,it is the best place to have a party,to have dinner,or just stop in for a drink.
