4WeHelp Cincinnati Movers

Severely disappointed in my experience with 4WeHelp. I had been comparing rates/services from the standard movers in the Cincinnati area, including the bigger names - 2 Men and a Truck, All My Sons, EkoMovers, etc. The reviews, albeit limited in nature, on Yelp prompted me to contact 4WeHelp as well. From there on, it was a disaster. I filled out their online form in great detail, explaining the distance between locations (less than 2 miles), the pieces of furniture that would be moved, the parking proximity to entrances, and the stair/elevator details. In response, I received a generic email alerting me of the factors that affect a move. Their listed factors were the same ones I had answered in my original inquiry. When I responded with surprise, asking if anyone had read my email prior to responding, I received an immediate response telling me to look for a different moving company. Now, this strikes me as an enormous red flag. Why would a company that pretends to operate in such a transparent manner turtle up so suddenly when questioned? Shouldn't their transparent nature translate to their communication style? With 4WeHelp, that is certainly not the case. I cannot, in good faith, recommend a company to others when said company could not even 'recommend' themselves to me. There are numerous options for moves in Cincinnati. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere rather than be held hostage by a company that expects you to to grovel for their help. Hate to break this to you Jake/Jon, but it's your job to earn our business not the other way around! more

We hired 4WeHelp with out move on 7/23/11. The guys showed up later than expected (finishing up a previous job) but they did call to leave a message. Very impressive workers! Fast, courteous, cooperative. I was amazed at how quickly they filled the truck for our move. We also rented a truck, so they are flexible. They moved the ""big stuff"" for us. more

I scheduled a move with 4WeHelp; the movers did not show up. However, this was due to a legitimate medical emergency on their end. Although I had already scheduled another moving company by the time 4WeHelp was able to communicate this to me, the person I spoke to seemed very professional and I would consider using their services in the future. more

We just moved into a new house and had some construction done before we moved in. The contractor was supposed to clean up after himself but didn't bother. Our movers raved about this company so as a surprise for my wife I hired them. Now we are going to use them once a month. They were great and my wife is much happier when she doesn't have to clean so much. more

These were the best movers I have ever had. Very pleasant, on time and got straight to work. Everything went well and we were in our new house in no time more

We used 4WeHelp twice before and this time we had to move to Florida so they even helped us find a mover there. We would definitely use them again and the guys from the AMLPA that came to help us were really good to. Pros: on time and helped us find someone in Florida more

We found these guys on Citysearch and couldn't believe how easy the service was. We rented the truck and the loaded it. They even helped us find other movers in Colorado that they knew through some club they belonged to. The national companies quoted us $4000 and with their help our move from Cincinnati to Boulder cost about $2000. Pros: definitely knew what they were doing, very helpful Cons: non more

I hired We Help LLC because I am a single mom and I just needed help with the big stuff. A lot of the companies I called sounded very trashy on the phone, like some guys just put an ad online to see who would call. When I called We Help LLC they were very professional and answered all the questions I had which probably seemed very silly. When they showed up they were all wearing uniforms and did their very best to put my worries at ease. I would never hire any other company now. Pros: very polite and professional more

These guys were great. They even got us a discount on our truck rental so we saved about $50 on that alone. They showed up and got the truck loaded much faster than we could have. They followed us to our new house and unloaded the truck in less than an hour. They even stayed to help us arrange our furniture. \r \r We had completely moved before noon and we still had energy to unpack our boxes. This service is awesome! We have always moved ourselves because hiring a moving company was easily $1000. My friends canceled on me at the last moment and I found these guys. They were great, they were professional, got all the stuff on the truck so we didn't have to make to trips like I had planned and saved me a ton of money. This is the way I am moving from now on.
